~ Courses run 9 am to 5 pm daily.
~ We focus on "learn by doing", therefore there is a lot of hands-on practice.
~ We will use real life examples to showcase how to implement the material within the course.
Day 1
-Exercise Therapy System.
-Mental mobility.
-Hypermobility assessment and training considerations.
-Prime 8 full body functional assessment.
-BMS full body movement screen.
-Sledge training solutions to improve movement patterns.
-Pain free ABC's
-Mental toughness pyramid.
-Mental toughness tool 1 - self-efficacy.
Day 2
-Exercise Therapy map.
-Foot and ankle breakout assessment.
-Foot and ankle corrective exercise recipes.
-Live case study.
-Structural anomalies assessment
-Knee breakout assessment.
-Knee corrective exercise recipes.
-Live case study.
-Mental toughness tool 2 - adversity tolerance.
Day 3
-Mental toughness tool 3 - purpose.
-Hip breakout assessments.
-Hip corrective exercise recipes.
-Live case study.
-Practical skills assessment.
-Group case study project on course materials.
-Team huddle to close off the course.
