She's a 1976 graduate of North Bennet Street School. She has published articles for Piano Buyer, The American Organist, and the PTG Journal. Sally lives in Columbus, GA dealing in Steinway and other fine pianos as Piano Perfect, LLC.

Steingraeber has been producing pianos and grand pianos in the festival city of Bayreuth, Germany since 1852. Around 35 employees of the family company currently create top quality by hand every day. Arlan is a piano restorer and a concert piano technician. After working in the Famous Steinway Hall Basement in the 80’s, where many of the world's most demanding artists arrived almost on a daily basis and working as an action specialist as well as tuner/technician, Arlan honed his skills learning from his superiors, colleagues, and top-level pianists.

He is the president of Arlan Harris Pianos and Services and Arlan Harris Production.

David draws from a lifetime of experience in diversified fields like machine tool making, felt making, photography, sailing and classical piano. While a student at NBSS an unanswered question, "if the action doesn't feel right what can I do to change it?" led him down a lifelong path of
researching and developing methods for improving the feel of piano actions. Since then he remains a pioneer in his field of "Piano Touchweight Technology."

In 1999, while a graduate student in wildlife ecology, Bill made a career shift to piano technology and never looked back. Bill is an RPT and PTG member, providing high-end, full-service piano care, but has a particular passion for rebuilding. He's trained with Yamaha and Steinway, published numerous articles in the PTG Journal, and currently serves as one of its editors. Bill is the owner/operator of A440-William R. Monroe Piano Services, Inc. in Belleville, WI.
