Our Leadership 360 Process
Below are the steps to our practiced and proven process.
STEP 1: MEET WITH THE LEADER
Our process begins with a meeting with the leader we will assess. We gauge their willingness, explain the process in detail, determine who the peer respondents will be, and what specifically will be assessed. Typically we are able to alleviate any concerns or fears during this conversation. This is a very helpful assessment process and the leaders we have worked with have benefited and are glad they took part.
STEP 2: THE LEADERSHIP 360 ASSESSMENT IS CREATED / SELF-ASSESSMENT CONDUCTED
Based on the conversations we've had we customize our tool to ensure our evaluation is targeted. We then send a self-assessment to the leader. The leader will then know exactly what questions will be asked of the respondents and have a chance to think deeply on their own responses and growth opportunities. This makes the feedback much more impactful.
STEP 3: PEER ASSESSMENTS
We send the assessment to the pre-selected peers, seniors and direct reports. We ensure the assessments are completed by the completion date.
STEP 4: RESULTS REVIEW / COACHING PLAN CREATED
We carefully review the results with the leader and collaboratively create a coaching/development plan to continue making progress. This continued coaching can be completed by the leader, or by a senior or peer, or by an outside coach. (we can provide a coach if desired)
