BASIC / BEGINNER LAB`S
Our Basic/Beginner LAB´s are perfect for dancers without experience but also a great training for everybody who wants to learn the basics in a structured and detailed way. If you wanna know how your body works and how to find the most fun and healthy way of building a great foundation this Level is for you. We work on coordination, sabor, rhythm and you will learn the Basic Beginner Shine Syllabus of our Yerba Buena Method that will set the ground stone for your dancing journey. With the jam in the end of every class we will set free endorphine for the rest of the week. We recommend these classes for dancers that have less then 18 month of dance training and for absolute beginners.
