Whenever I have been asked to speak a few words in a gathering, I used to feel extremely nervous. My mind went blank and tongue was tied. Even for office group discussions and board meetings my participation used to be very minimal. I was never able to make conversations longer than a few words. It was very frustrating, especially during board meetings and office group discussions. I was not able to make a decent presentation despite immense preparation and even though I had all information with me.
