Strategies to grow your business by turning your competition into your collaborators with the "Super Report Strategy"​

 

In this post we talk about how to use this very foundational strategy to build your business when you have no product, no list, no money, no influence, but some time and desire.

 

Its very basic when I share this with some of my high level clients depending on their situation and shocks me that a high percentage of them never do it or have even thought about it.

 

For them once I explain to them what they need to do its a matter of passing it off to their teams and throw some paid traffic on it to accelerate the process.

 

But it just goes to show you, that you can make 6 or 7 figures and still not work the foundational stuff that will catapult you in your market and help you drive traffic for little expense vs having to fight for the traffic and spending boatloads testing when its sitting right in front of you.

 

But this strategy is for those who have no list, no name, no money, no authority,

So lets take it in 3 easy anyone can do it steps

 

Step 1. Build A Deep Asset Driven Relationships First

 

This is counter intuitive to lots of business owners, marketers, entrepreneurs who are looking to make it right out of the gate and think they have to compete.

 

Nothing could be further from the truth.

 

When you want to think about starting a new business model, a new business, the first thing you should have already done is build the relationship with the "influencers, "go to players" "gurus" in your market your hoping to penetrate so you can look at what assets are already at your finger tips for you to leverage.

 

Now I'm not saying you have a "give me that" attitude first, instead work your relationships by supplying intellect, resources, connections, that your "influencers, "go to players" "gurus" do not have.

 

Provide value first by listening then executing which leads us to step 2

 

Step2. Propose To Your JVs By Giving Before Asking.

 

Let me ask you a question...

 

"In todays' age of fast pace, what's in it for me society and instant gratification, who are you more likely to do a favor for?

 

..."Someone you have known online who you look up to and who you have engaged with and helped and they have helped you, or some stranger who contacts you in FB™ messenger cold and starts to drop business opportunities on you?"

 

Naturally, you’ll choose someone who you have already engaged with who you have helped and has helped you over Harry FB™ inbox messenger.

 

Its likewise, your potential JV partners would rather work with friends than with strangers and if you make the proposition appealing enough with the right assets in place where its win win for both parties you have a better chance of the proposal turning into a profitable marriage.

 

Giving Before Asking.

 

And that’s why you need to develop a relationship first and propose to the JVs later.

 

So here's one of the strategies "The Super Report Strategy" you can use after applying step 1&2 that will kick start your business or any business from scratch that many don't think about.

 

Step 3. Once you have gone through steps 1 & 2,

When you present to each partner the law of reciprocity kicks into gear.

 

Your partners appreciate the time, effort, and quality you put into the material that they can now offer to their tribes that provides tremendous value.

 

Of course you let them know you included a link back to your website that will give another bonus away for those on the list looking to consume more good will.

 

The partners you have built the relationship with should always give you a shout out with the "Super Report" that relates to instant creditability, authority by association, leverage.

I like to give the "Super Report" to one of the main influencers first to get exposure and traction then systemically give it to the others who will follow suit.

 

With that you now have an evergreen traffic on demand flow for the first few weeks so your list is being built with buyers and prospects for you to nurse.

 

I've done this many times over the years when I entered into a new niche with no name, no list, no authority, no sales, and within a few weeks of launching the "Super Report Strategy" had five figures in my pocket.

 

And, if you are wondering along the lines of..."Well, didn't you already have the money where you could just pay for the traffic from the existing other businesses?"

 

You would be correct, but I like to stay very lean and mean when I start a new business model in a new niche and because I have this process nailed down my team saves thousands of dollars upfront in ad spend when we can churn out the "Super Report Strategy" ourselves by building the relationship with proper introductions, finding out how we can provide value through discovery talks, and within a few days of research package it all up.
