You can catch up online with a 30 minute version of the class. You can also send in any questions through your weekly email Q&A.
What should I wear?
Something comfortable that you can move in.
What props do I need?
We use general household items as props. We often use:

Yoga mat (or something to lay on the ground)

A big towel

Access to laying space and standing space next to a wall

A chair

A couch or mattress

Pillows/cushions (or a yoga bolster if you have one)

A tennis ball or massage ball (or a rolled up pair of socks)
How do I choose what classes I should do on my own?
You can use our online triage questions which gives you a selection of resources that might best suit how you feel today. You can also browse the library by class type or theme.
