Having worked in the corporate world for most of my career, I've witnessed first-hand work-related stress, anxiety, and people experiencing full mental breakdowns. It's not just scary for them, but witnessing that trauma can have its own impact on those around them. 

Seeing someone break in front of you is one of the most distressing things I've experienced in the workplace...and the sad part is, it's preventable!

Which is why I'm taking Cognomovement into larger businesses to help support their employees as well as those at the top of the chain too (CEO's and Executives).

This is for everyone, and it doesn't matter if it's work-related stress or personal problems that are seeping into our work life. The mental health of everyone is what matters most, and the UK needs a quicker fix.

Workplace Visit  - £650 per day (excl. expenses)

A workplace visit involves staying on site for the day and providing up to 6 individual Cognomovement sessions for those who want, or need it.

I will require a small (private - closed) meeting room to work individually with your employee with each session lasting up to an hour. 

There will be a 15min break between sessions with the timetable for the day looking like this: -

Session:

1. 08:30hrs - 09:30hrs

2. 09:45hrs - 10:45hrs

3. 11:00hrs - 12:00hrs

4. 12:15hrs - 13:15hrs

Lunch 

5. 14:30hrs - 15:30hrs

6. 15:45hrs - 16:45hrs

If agreeable with each person I support, I will have a private 10min follow-up call 5-7 days later to see how they are feeling after their session.

If this works well for your company, then we can arrange a further visit or even agree to regular visits in advance.

Business Owner Private Session - £180 per session

This will be a private visit where I will travel to you if you are within a 15 mile radius of Basingstoke in Hampshire. 

If you are further out and are happy to travel and visit me, I will provide you with my address. 

Unlike the workplace visit, your private session is not restricted to an hour. However, we will not go beyond 90mins either.
