How long will I need to take supplements?
The answer to this varies significantly for each person. Some supplement protocols are used for a very specific period of time (i.e. a 30 day cleanse). Others are used until symptoms improve, which depends on consistency of diet and lifestyle changes, as well as other personal circumstances that may impact your progress, such as a stressful life event, illness, etc. I always do my best to give you a rough timeline of what to expect. After about 4-6 months, most women are only on 2-3 maintenance supplements. I recommend a supplement holiday of 2-3 weeks at least once per year. I highly encourage you to continue follow-ups with me after the program so I can recommend what's appropriate for your needs long-term.
Will we retest the labs?
The cost of re-testing is not included in the program, and it may not be necessary. For most, if symptoms are improving there is no reason to re-test. If you get stuck somewhere and would like to re-test or get access to a test that wasn't done in the program, I am happy to discuss those options with you. I do recommend a few yearly blood markers, and encourage all program participants to see me at least that often for health maintenance.
What are my options for support after the program ends?
There are three options for continued support after this program ends.
1. Revive Facebook Membership group- all questions can be asked here or during once monthly office hours, dates and times TBD. Price of membership is $100 monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
2. 30 minute 1:1 Follow-up visit- $200 each.
3. Sign on as a 1:1 client with Melissa. Price and details can be discussed if interested.
Please note, Melissa does not provide coaching or consultation via social media messaging or text message. She reserves the right to request a 1:1 follow-up visit for any questions or concerns once the 12 week program has ended.
What is your late payment policy?
Payment for this package must be paid in full, or in the agreed upon means. No services will be provided prior to payment, including chat messaging, participation in group calls, and 1:1 appointments. If Client is on a payment plan and misses a payment for any reason, all services will be paused until Client is caught up on all past-due payments. If payment or payments are past due over 7 days, the Client will no longer be enrolled in the program and access to all program materials and services will be discontinued.
What is your refund policy?
There is a 30 day money back guarantee with the 30 days starting on the first day of the program. If Client doesn't feel 100% confident by the progress she's making after 30 days, simply reach out, show us you've put in the work, and we will refund your investment, minus the cost of labs which is $1,000. Lab cost ($1,000) will not be refunded, even if Client has not completed the labs, including bloodwork and DUTCH test. Access to all course materials and groups will be discontinued.
