Thank you for your interest in joining our next 90-day Wellbeing Mastermind!

In this online group, we will be supporting a small group of health professionals (max 10) who are ready to prioritise their own emotional health and wellbeing by clearing outdated patterns and taking full ownership of their own wellbeing and vitality.


This group is suitable to any health professional who has done some previous self-reflection and does not currently need individual therapy OR is currently engaged in therapy and wants to also engage in coaching.

We use a Schema Therapy framework to identify negative patterns from the past that are blocking you from greater levels of connection, confidence optimism, and therefore blocking you from full access to greater states of wellbeing.

The 6 Wellbeing Codes that we will be assisting other health professionals to activate in their own lives include greater levels of:

✅FAIRNESS
✅SELF-DISCIPLINE

Inclusions:

✅ Fortnightly group calls at 7pm AEST (recording available for those who can't make it live - this recording is deleted after the 90 days)

✅ Access to private Facebook group (no more than 10 participants in a group) with frequent updates, coaching and tweaking of the codes over the 90 days

  • we know how to reward ourselves so we are not dependent on the outside world for praise

  • we enjoy a sense of balance in life and we trust our nervous system to give us feedback about our optimal levels of activity and external demands

  • we have a deep sense of self-compassion and do not succumb to self-loathing or self-punishment for the mistakes and errors we make that are part of the human experience
