My coach has helped me achieve mental and physical gains and now I feel like a complete new person. Before starting this program, I would have major meltdowns, get overly stressed, and ponder on the negatives rather than the positives. After being apart of this program for a whole year, I see a MAJOR difference in my mental strength.

My greatest accomplishment was my mental shift about my body and food. I always had that mindset of skinny= happiness and less food is better. This program has helped me realize that being skinny won’t make you happy, you have to love your body and accept it for what it is. We’re created different and unique in our own ways and that is the only way to accept and love who you are.

It fit great for my needs and allowed for adjustments when schedules were crazy. This was my first time with a coach so I wasn’t sure how controlled it was going to be, but I felt like I had the perfect amount of guidance and resources to become that voice of control for myself.

My greatest accomplishment was creating a great mindset around fitness. I used to be so negative about anything that had to do for fitness and nutrition. I no longer binge nor feel guilty eating less nutritious foods.

I loved having the encouragement - In so many previous diet I always felt like I make a mistake and just give up because I already felt like I failed but working with you I always felt encouraged to keep going even if I had a bad week or even two weeks I can get back on track. I’ve tried in past with “coaches” before but it never really seems like they cared. So when I started with Jacey I was a little skeptical but I knew people that had trained with her and I’m so glad I started she understands that not everybody’s going to get results with the stereo typical thing. She tailors everything to you individually even if it’s week by week, she wants to see your progress and he’s a great cheerleader.
