What is the Studio Membership Agreement?

This is an agreement between a studio and clients who purchase memberships. It clarifies all of your expectations with your members and addresses really important information including: cancellation and pausing of memberships; auto-pay provisions; types of services included in membership (online/in-person); what happens in the event of closures as well as issues like expectations of membership. In the event there is a miscommunication or misunderstanding between you and your members, this is the document you will use to resolve the issue.

There can be misunderstandings around the membership, members may cancel without proper warning, and you're not in control of the member relationship.

1. You will receive two emails. One with our Client Welcome form to officially become a client (if you are an existing client you can disregard this). The 2nd email will be to fill out a form specific to the agreement you're purchasing. This is required for us to get to work on drafting your agreement!
