Wang Ke is a graduate from Beijing Normal University with a master’s degree in Clinical & Counselling Psychology. Her main areas of expertise are intimacy, parent-child education, emotional distress, personal growth, and interpersonal relationships. She has put in a lot of effort as a clinical counsellor and supervisor, providing help to people from all walks of life: from college students to professionals, teenagers and their parents, husbands and wives and couples, and aspiring counselors.

The most recent of her endeavors began in 2019 when she started to provide a variety of training and consulting services for a host of different organizations, including schools, companies, and government agencies. This has allowed her to - whether directly or indirectly - help children, parents and families, teachers, and staff manage their stresses, achieve mindfulness, and improve their interpersonal communication.

Beng Huan is an Associate Consultant Psychologist of iGROW. As a general practitioner of psychology, Beng Huan holds a diverse portfolio in the practice of psychology beginning from training and development, progressing into areas of counselling and coaching, crises debrief, and employee assistance programs. As an occupational psychologist, his current work focuses on application of psychology at the workplace, including the use of psychometric assessments and survey instruments, training and development, evaluation of performance, and the tailoring of in-house people management solutions for organisations. Apart from application work in psychology, Beng Huan is also an associate faculty for psychology modules at SIM University.
 

In the early years of his career, Beng Huan helped build STIKFAS™- Singapore's first international toy brand, where he was involved in everything from product development and branding strategies, to human resource and public relations. He also helped cement working relationships with international toy-related companies such as Hasbro Inc. (US), Takara-Tomy (Japan) and Wizard Entertainment (US). The success of this local brand has also given him many opportunities to conduct consultations and presentations to various educational and government institutions on the subject of entrepreneurship and creativity. 
 

Beng Huan holds a Masters degree in Occupational Psychology (UK), a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology (Aus), and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology (Aus). He is a member of the British Psychological Society as well as the Singapore Psychological Society. He is also a certified occupational test user and trainer with the European Federation of Psychological Societies (EFPA).

Fionna Thong has been a psychology lecturer since 2013. She started her career as a home-based therapist for children with autism. Subsequently, she joined the Singapore Prisons Service as a counsellor working with female offenders. 

Fionna received her B.A. (Psychology) from the National University of Singapore (NUS), and a Masters in Applied Psychology (Counselling Psychology) from Nanyang Technological University (NTU). During the course of her training, she has also worked with family service centres to support a diverse range of counselling issues such as addiction, mental health concerns, family and parenting, marital, social skills training, applied behavioural analysis, emotional regulation and suicide management. Her work has provided her the opportunity to work with different populations, including young children, young adults, adults, older adults, and special/vulnerable populations.

June is an Associate Consultant Psychologist at iGROW, a nationally recognized psychological consulting firm that specialises in Happiness at work, family and life. She is an experienced trainer in designing, delivering and reviewing trainings and workshops targeted at both the corporate and public sectors. She is qualified by the British Psychological Society to administer, score and feedback on a range of psychometric assessment tools. Over her career, June has carried out therapeutic work in the form of coaching, cognitive behavioural therapy, family therapy and psychodynamic therapy with a variety of client groups.
 

In her work with individuals, June is a strong believer that the most powerful and long lasting changes result from clients who are empowered to come up with their own solutions. Through her work with organizations, she has supported managers and leaders to act on employees’ feedback and build a culture where companies take ownership of promoting positive wellbeing in employees. As a strong advocate of equal opportunities, June is keen to raise awareness of the importance of psychological health in order to reduce stigmatisation of mental health illnesses.
 

Her area of interests are in promoting positive wellbeing, the influence of cultural variations in the workplace, life transitions and changes, employee engagement, as well as the art of maintaining a healthy work life balance.

Benedict is the CEO  and Chief Psychologist of iGROW, a nationally recognized psychological consulting firm that specialises in Happiness at work, family and life. In his work, he is required to consult, counsel, coach and train individuals and organizations in building their Psychological Capital, and live the best possible life. Being a strong advocate of contributing back to the community, he readily accepts invitations amidst his hectic schedule to meaningfully impact and touch lives through the various community outreach efforts and initiatives.

Benedict is also invited regularly to present in international and national conferences such as the prestigious TEDx event, and featured on national media such as 938Live and the different newpapers. 

His area of interests are in the Cultivation of Positive Emotions, Building Psychological Capital, Happiness at Work and Life, Workplace Stress, Change and Creative Parenting. 
Benedict holds a Masters of Social Science degree (Counselling) from University of South Australia, Australia and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology majoring in Counselling. His professional experiences have qualified him to be eligible for registration with the relevant professional accrediting bodies.

Maria accumulated valuable experiences in working with children, teens, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds from her various work. She was involved in several high impact overseas projects to conduct psycho-social and trauma recovery trainings especially for children, and provided consultation to NGOs to start counselling and family centres in their respective countries.

Maria also has a special interest in health technology and devices. She minored in Technopreneurship while at NUS and continued to explore opportunities to integrate technological devices and health. She is responsible for the development of iGROW’s Signature Programme, “StepUP Challenge”, a research-based intervention, which motivate participants to increase their physical activity as a way to improve their mental well-being. She continues to develop exciting programmes for corporate clients utilizing new tools and devices.

Maria holds a Master of Arts in Applied Psychology from the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University. She received a prestigious scholarship offered by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Singapore to read Psychology at the National University of Singapore and graduated with an Honours degree in Psychology and Technopreneurship

Princess Sanchez, also known as Cess, serves as the Partnership and Client Success Specialist at iGROW, a nationally recognized psychological consulting firm specializing in Leadership, Employee Engagement, and Well-being.

Cess is not only a dedicated professional but also a passionate language enthusiast and content creator. She takes delight in exploring different languages and currently proficient in five. Alongside her role at iGROW, she hosts an online show called "Passion Show" and serves as a Chinese professor on TikTok.

Driven by a deep-seated interest in global affairs and health-related topics, particularly mental health, Cess uses her position at iGROW to advocate for the significance of mental well-being in achieving overall success and fulfillment in life. Her role has empowered her to contribute content on mental health, shedding light on its importance for individuals.

Cess holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Consular and Diplomatic Affairs from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde. Additionally, she has earned an educational certificate from Jimei University in Xiamen, China.

Isle Rondina is the Creatives & Design Specialist at iGROW, a nationally recognized psychological consulting firm that specialises in Leadership, Employee Engagement and Well-being.
Isle is a passionate graphic designer, mainly focusing on designing social media posts, editing videos & tutorials and revamping websites & landing pages.

She has designed eBooks, workbooks, slide decks and posters using Canva, is proficient in editing videos in Adobe Premiere, and is knowledgeable in Kartra’s many features including but not limited to website pages, membership portals, landing pages and email broadcasts.

Warton’s 30-year career includes two decades of experience in general management, business planning, turnaround management and organizational development, a decade in business consulting and in counselling, coaching and people development. He has lived and worked in USA, China and Singapore and travels extensively throughout the Asia Pacific Region and USA.  His rich and varied background enables him to identify with the work-life balance issues and stresses involved in corporate environments. This experience has provided him with a wealth of practical, cross-cultural and meaningful examples which clients find invaluable.

Warton holds a Master of Social Science (Professional Counselling) from Swinburne University of Technology, Australia, a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University. He is also a Registered Clinical Member with the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC)

Han Sam, aka Sam, is a life coach helping women going through midlife transitions gain more clarity, freedom, and joy.
 

Her 20 years of experience navigating the corporate world with a Fortune 500 company leading high performing teams and coaching associates in sales, marketing, operations, support, and client management are valuable skills she brings to the coaching process.

No stranger to change, her transition from being a pharmacist to working in a multi-national healthcare IT company to starting her own company as a life coach reflects her coaching style of exploring the unknown and remaining curious about life. Being a woman’s life coach, her areas of specializations are Work, Life & Family, Personal Development, and Life-Stage Changes.

She lives in Singapore with her husband and 4 teenagers, her hands full between her personal life and work. Ming Hui is a leadership trainer and coach with over twenty years of corporate experience leading regional teams in supply chain, market development, finance, HR, and the oil & gas industry. She is also a Certified Workplace Mindfulness Facilitator, is trained in the Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) supervised teaching pathway with the Oxford Mindfulness Center, and qualified to deliver the Mindfulness in Schools Project’s .b mindfulness curriculum for teenagers.

Harnessing extensive business experience and her own transformative mindfulness journey, Ming Hui is committed to empowering individuals and teams to flourish by accessing their inner strengths and expanding their core capacity.  She has worked with clients in various Asia Pacific countries, in industries ranging from finance, IT, energy, telecommunications to education, and sport and fitness.

Choon Jin (CJ) is a Senior Consultant of iGROW, a nationally recognized psychological consulting firm that specialises in Happiness at work, family and life. He has spent the second half of his professional career as a people developer that specialises in using psychometric assessment tools to train, develop and build effective teams and leaders. 

CJ started his career in one of the Big Four and quickly rose to a senior analyst in their corporate practice, and subsequently joined a leading financial services MNC as a management associate and rose to lead a division over the next 3 years. 

A sabbatical in 2007 led CJ to pursue his passion in coaching and training with a conviction to help people discover their purpose and he has since impacted many financial services professionals from banks and insurance companies, business owners, senior management tams to discover their personal and organizational vision, mission and purpose through psychological strategies and psychological assessment tools. Other than being an Associate of iGROW, CJ also runs his own training and consultancy practice. 
Organizations that have been impacted by CJ’s work includes Energy Market Authority, Microsoft, Singtel, National Volunteer Philanthropy Centre, Sin Kwang Optical and Monetary Authority of Singapore. 

He has always been passionate about community work since his varsity days where he helmed a mentoring program that provides free tuition to underpriviledged children. He is also an active member of the Junior Chambers International (JCI), a worldwide federation of young leaders and entrepreneurs, and was the Vice President for Training in 2009.  He continues to work with various volunteer welfare organizations on their staffing learning needs. 

Ng Choon Jin graduated from Nanyang Technological University with an Honours Degree in Accountancy.  He is also a Fellow with the Life Management Institute (FLMI), certified Advanced Emergenetics Associate.  He is also a Certified Action Learning Coach with the World Institute for Action Learning and a Registered Management Consultant with the Institute of Management Consultants (Singapore). 

Gary is an Associate Mindfulness Coach at iGROW, a nationally recognized psychological consulting firm that specialises in Leadership, Employee Engagement and Well-being.

Gary’s areas of expertise are in supporting people with stress and anxiety, and to enhance their overall health and well-being. To achieve this, he devotes time daily to practice yoga and meditation, which he then incorporates into his sessions with his clients to help support them.

He is an accredited mindfulness teacher and social worker, and firmly believes that everyone has the tools they need to thrive. Ultimately, his aim is to help individuals regain their confidences and self-awareness, and help them discover their own inner strength.
Gary holds a Bachelor of Arts (National University of Singapore Singapore) as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Social Work (National University of Singapore).

Odelia Utama Oh is an Associate Consultant Counsellor at iGROW CorpHEALTH Pte Ltd, a nationally recognized psychological consulting firm that specialises in Leadership, Employee Engagement and Well-being. 

Odelia combines her experience in counselling with her familiarity with the elderly and ex-offenders, being client-centered, and her sensitivity to religious and cultural differences to offer her support to the people around her.

She has mainly focused on counselling individuals who are recovering from substance addiction, but she has also offered support for individuals with low self-esteem and depression. She uses an integrative approach to meet unique individual needs, ultimately empowering and enabling them to make informed decisions.

Odelia holds a Master of Social Science degree in Professional Counseling, minoring in Family Therapy (Swinburne University of Technology, Australia), as well as a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science: Computerised Accounting (Bina Nusantara University, Indonesia).

Terence is an Associate Consultant with iGROW. Terence has been designing and delivering corporate learning and team development programmes as a facilitator and trainer over the last 13 years having worked with leading teambuilding companies as well as training providers.  

Terence has facilitated over 600 hundred programmes comprising of both indoor experiential learning programmes, adventure and outdoor based programmes as well as corporate learning workshops. Some of his key competencies include team learning, engagement and development as well as Emergenetics profiling.
Academically, Terence holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He also has a Graduate Diploma in Training and Development from the Singapore Human Resource Institute and a Advanced Certification in Training and Assessment (ACTA) by the Workforce Development and Authority.

He is also a Certified Emergenetics Advanced Associate and a Certified Behavioral Consultant (DISC). He also holds a certificate in adventure learning (Building Community and Diversity) from Project Adventure, US and is also a member of the Association for Experiential Education, US.
