The facility is clean and really nice. We were greeted by the sweetest lady, Lisa. The nurse we saw was very kind, quick and explained everything in detail, answering all our questions and didn’t make us feel rushed. We were in and out in 20-30 mins. Amazing service. We don’t live in Oak Ridge but will drive the 20 mins to this facility anytime we need to visit an urgent care

I was seen here last night for a horrible cough/ upper respiratory issues. Staff was friendly & eager to help . The doctor was kind and knowledgeable and she treated me with respect, listened to my concerns & past issues. Unlike some of this chain ones we see now. I was in and out of there quick,less than 30 min! I live in Greensboro. Next time I have an urgent matter...I will be driving here!
