How is the Catipult System Different?

Unnecessary Management by E-Mail
Teams check-in on Catipult and add notes and updates directly in the Action Item itself. Issues are sent to a meeting of their choice. E-mail doesn't even need to exist for your strategic operations.
Does Catipult Track Progress?
Yes. Catipult has a robust and easy-to-manage tracking feature for your KPIs. Simply open the KPI, add a new reporting period and then type in the actual performance for that period. Catipult will produce a clean graphic history of the performance versus target.
With this feature, you can also change the target and the system will display the date the target was changed in the graph.
As an added bonus, you can choose which individual KPI to display to your company and which ones to appear in your weekly meetings.

Core Features
The seven core features are exactly what you need and nothing more.
1. FOCUS
There are six KPIs that run every single company in the world, regardless of the industry, size of the company or geographical location. Not only will Catipult show you those six, it will also give you the targets your team should achieve to hit world-class status.
It then goes further and adds only the additional few industry-specific KPIs that will guarantee you the best success. If you already have KPIs, they are likely what we call Level Two KPIs and would cascade nicely under these high-level ones the system generates for you.
3. MEETINGS
Catipult's team hated meetings so much, we built one of the simplest, yet fully functional meeting functions on the market. It essentially does everything for you.
Not only does it include recommended agendas for weekly, six-week tactical, quarterly and annual meetings, it also automatically pulls in your teams' KPIs, projects with due dates and status, and any issues that need to be discussed. You can create custom meetings and even run meetings with people in other organizations, providing they have Catipult.
5. RESPONSIBILITY
Every team member has clear roles in the organization and clear accountability for the things they need to accomplish. We also have a very fun, clear, and unique check-in process called CHARP.
CHARP was created with the help of 30 business owners and is the fastest way to communicate detailed project status that you'll probably experience.
Where some systems have a simple binary approach to status updates, the real-world has variations on what is happening. CHARP accounts for those nuances and provides team members a way to signal that they need help ("H"). The "H" will transform your organization as it removes the stigma associated with asking for help and allows your team to prevent many mistakes before they happen.
7. HEALTH
Catipult includes the most important driver of business, you, as the first item on your dashboard. The system recommends world-class habits, books to read and third-party tools to help set the stage for maximum success.
The "You" driver is completely private and available to everyone in your company. Data on this driver is private to the account holder.
