Completing the Wheel of Needs is a great way to track how well each of your innate needs is met (or not!) Give yourself a score from 0 to 10 for each of the innate needs (blue cards), place the score on the wheel and join up the dots.
Not every need will score the same, but ideally the shape you want to see is a well-rounded circle which will "roll easily through life". Any flat spots on your wheel will represent needs that you should address.
