Our goal is for your ZQuiet^® experience to exceed your expectations. And, although we strive for a 100% satisfaction rate, we realize that ZQuiet^® may not be the perfect solution for everyone. If using ZQuiet^® during the trial period has not improved your snoring or you are unsatisfied for any reason whatsoever, simply contact ZQuiet^® Canada customer service prior to the end of the 30-night trial to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). 

RETURNS

To return your ZQuiet^®, simply contact customer service by email at info@zquietcanada.com or via our Customer Help Desk prior to the end of your 30-night trial period to obtain an RMA. We’ll get back to you with the return address, RMA number and instructions on processing your return within 1-3 business days. Return Requests are handled exclusively through email or our Customer Help Desk – we can NOT provide an RMA number or process returns by phone. 

All orders must be shipped via Canada Post at the buyers' expense to the address provided in the RMA. We do not accept returns in person or by any other carrier or courier service. Please note that orders returned after the return date specified in the RMA are subject to a $10 administration fee that will be deducted from the applicable refund.

Follow the instructions in the RMA and return your ZQuiet^® by the date provided and there will not be any further charges. Remember, the trial and shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you choose the Buy Now option, you pay $89.95 plus a $9.95 shipping fee today and still get to try ZQuiet^® for 30 nights (shipping fee is non-refundable). If you are satisfied with your purchase and decide to keep ZQuiet^®, there will be no further charges. If you are unsatisfied for ANY reason whatsoever and would like to return it, simply contact us within 30 nights to request an RMA. Follow the instructions in the RMA and return your ZQuiet^® by the date provided and we'll refund the $89.95 purchase price. Remember, the shipping fees are non-refundable.

OFFER CONDITIONS

All trial cancellations and returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.  Any ZQuiet® shipments that are refused by the recipient, returns that arrive without an RMA number or returns arriving 60 or more days from the original date of purchase, are NOT eligible for a refund or credit. Return shipping fees are the buyers' responsibility and ZQuietCanada.ca ONLY ships to Canadian addresses. Absolutely NO exceptions. By purchasing this product, you agree to these terms. 

SPARE ZQUIET 2-SIZE STARTER PACK OFFER CONDITIONS
 

During the checkout process, you will have the opportunity to purchase a spare ZQuiet 2-Size Starter Pack at a discounted rate. Please note that both of the ZQuiet 2-Size Starter Packs you receive are identical. Each of the boxes you receive will contain 2 mouthpieces, a storage container and an instruction guide. As such, and given this is a trial offer, there is no need to open both boxes. Please open one of the boxes, read through the included instructions and try both the Comfort 1 and Comfort 2 mouthpieces that are included in the box to ensure ZQuiet is right for you.

If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied and decide to return ZQuiet during the trial period, you will need to request an RMA as per the instructions above. As part of the return process, you will need to return both the open and unopened boxes included with your order. The second box must be returned unopened and sealed in the original packaging in order to qualify for a full refund of the discounted price paid for this spare ZQuiet 2-Size Starter Pack. Opening both boxes is considered an abuse of our return policy and an administration fee of $25 will be deducted from your refund. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
