Dear Men,

Growing up, I spent a lot of time isolating myself.

Other men didn't feel safe to me because of the bullying I suffered at school (learn more on the My Story page).

Through my own lack of self love, I soothed my pain through alcohol, drugs and gambling.

It was only when I was willing to go deep to heal myself that I started to discover who I really was as a man and fully accept myself.

From $50k of debt I went onto starting a multi-million dollar company until I decided to let that go to align with a deeper purpose and mission.

You see I reached a lot of material success and rewarded myself but I didn't have a mission.

So, the mission of The Modern Spiritual Man is to educate men, heal men, bring men together and allow men to be extraordinary in the world so we can give back to others.
