Three Part Breath
This easy practice is a great tool to use when feeling anxious, fearful, angry or "stuck".
By activating your nervous system to move from fight or flight into rest and digest, you have a "re-set button" to change your emotional state and find calm. Perfect for nights when you can't sleep, during treatments, while waiting for test results- or for everyday stress like driving in traffic and waiting in line.

Surviving Lung Cancer Helped Me Embrace the Connection Between Body and Mind
"I started experiencing shortness of breath in my late 20s. I went to several doctors over the years who all listened to my lungs and said they were clear. Eventually, I was diagnosed with asthma..."
I now own a yoga studio and help other cancer patients and survivors cope.
