Doglando University (the “Company”) is committed to offering comprehensive training programs to dog care industry professionals, that enrich the lives of dogs, dog care staff, clients, and children. In spite of our efforts, we cannot guarantee any individual's level of success - financially or otherwise. All of our 3-day and 5-day events, online trainings, team coaching programs, and the Canine Enrichment Academy enrollment come with a 14-day refund policy (minus a $350 administration fee), as long as we receive your written request for a refund within 30 days in advance of the program's start date.

For requests made outside of the refund period, we reserve the right to require your full payment as contractually agreed upon, or issue you an account credit in the amount of your original purchase. This credit may be used toward any of our professional training programs or events within 365 days of your original purchase date.
