I am Shannon Amdahl

Senior Instructor.

With over 18 years of experience in the real estate sales industry and after having owned 3 brokerages in 3 different states, Shannon is happy to share her knowledge with others. Whether you are an agent who is new to real estate or a brokerage owner looking to grow your team, Shannon's training can show you how to create big success in the fastest way possible. Her love of teaching and ability to help connect the dots for her students has made her a well-respected trainer across the country. Her enthusiasm, sense of humor and easy to follow teaching style keeps her students engaged and ensures they understand even the most complex of subjects. At Docent Education, we're excited to introduce Shannon as our Senior Instructor.

Hi, I'm Paul Amdahl.

Paul has over 25 years of business experience and comes from a long-established real estate family, with his parents owning a real estate brokerage in Colorado for many years. Paul is the behind- the-scenes genius for making things work at Docent Education. Paul is also the author of 5 books, a licensed Oregon real estate Broker, and one heck of a good cook.

The One & Only Seradog

Whenever our team needs a good laugh, some inspiration or help eating our lunch, we don't need to go far. Seradog is always standing by (or napping somewhere nearby) and ready to lighten the mood and share her enthusiasm for just about everything (except for olives, she really doesn't like those!).

Our Mission.

We believe that quality training can take anyone from where they are (perhaps not doing well at all or perhaps not reaching their potential) and help them get better results FAST. We like to say that in order to be successful, you want to think about "buying speed". You can scour the Internet and hundreds of books for answers or you can simply learn from someone who has the exact blueprint and answer that you need. This will get you to the results you're seeking much faster and can save you lots of money and frustration along the way too.

Our goal is to provide you with the best training possible in order to get the best results possible in the shortest amount of time and with the least amount of mistakes or delays. That's it. And we try to have a little fun along the way too....There's no need to fall asleep while you're learning. :)
