Employers with 5 or more employees must train employees for one hour and supervisors for two hours, every two years and within 6 months of hire or promotion.
Connecticut
All employers must provide two hours of training for all supervisors and employees.
Maine
Employers with 15 or more employees must train all supervisors and employees within one year of the start of employment.
New York
Sexual Harassment training is legally required by The State of New York. All employers must train all supervisors and employees annually.
Virgin Islands
Employers with 5 or more employees must train all supervisors and employees within one year of the start of employment.
