EXAMPLES OF WHY YOU SHOULD NOT USE LOGOS, IMAGES, BANNERS, ETC...IN AN EMAIL SIGNATURE.
#1. Here is a screenshot of an Agent who emailed me. His signature and all the info were in an image. My email server blocked it.
#2 This is a video of a managing broker who was emailing me. Inside his signature were social media icons, the brokerage logo, and his picture. Every image, icon, and logo were stripped off and added as an attachment and this is how it looked to me! Is this how you want it to look to your clients?
#3 Another fantastic example from an ATM member, this is what she said:
"I was just completing week 1 on the program and got to creating my signature....and I was thinking to myself "does this really matter?" "I've never noticed a problem with mine & I kinda like my signature with my photo". Then I got this email from another agent:-) I immediately went back in and did exactly what Darci said to do!! On this email, of the 30 attachments only 6 were actually documents I needed to see."
Feeling overwhelmed? You got your real estate license, but it only taught you how to avoid "real estate jail"—not how to run a business.
Agents lose $100,000+ from bad domain names, no domain name, and disjointed systems.
It doesn’t have to be this way. You do NOT have to be so disorganized.
You have 2 options—let’s fix this!
