Even if you've tried many things in the past

Dear Athlete,

Do you have a pain or injury that’s keeping you from doing the things you love?

Would you like to be able to do those things again, soon, without hurting yourself over and over again?

Are you confused and uncertain of what to do with your injury?

If you answered yes to these questions, this page may be the most important thing you'll read all year, so pay close attention.

You see, I totally understand your frustration:

The problem is, especially here in Thailand, that most doctors, physical therapists and other rehab ‘professionals’ don’t understand the whole picture, and they definitely don’t understand your urge to get back to your sport or hobby, ASAP.

Because that is really what you want, right? Being able to do the things you love to do without pain?

I had a shoulder pain before my fight camp, and Thomas helped fix it. We did a lot of band work and now I can throw punches without even straining it. So thanks Thomas, you're the man!

Soa "The Hulk" Palelei, UFC heavyweight fighter

Unfortunately, ‘Standard’ Rehab Methods Like Ice, Ultrasound, Anti-Inflammatory Drugs and Massage
Aren’t Going to Get The Job Done.

They might give you some temporary relief, but they won’t fix your injury completely, and definitely not in such a way that the injury won’t come back again as soon as you get back to your sport or hobby.

Why?

Because the real reasons you are injured are neglected like a priest in Patong.
Not on purpose, mind you, but simply because most doctors and therapists don’t think like an athlete.

They will focus on the joint that’s injured and try to treat that… While

They Are Neglecting The Real Causes Of Your Injury

You see, the area where your pain is, is only a small part of the puzzle.

What’s probably causing your pain is either a weakness or stiffness somewhere above or below your injury.

That weakness will cause other parts to do more work than they are meant to do, and over time those parts get worn out, painful and injured.

However, just trying to fix the worn out ‘part’ won’t do much good if you don’t also address the weakness that caused it in the first place.

It might work if all you aspire to do is sit on a couch and watch tv, but if you want to be active in any way, shape or form, it’s not enough.

And if you’re a hard training athlete, your doomed if all you do is focus on the injured body part itself and rest.

Sure, in some rare cases (like with a broken bone) there is nothing you can do but rest for a while, but

I have nothing but praise for Thomas.
It is unbelievable what he can do, it’s cutting edge. We need to make sure that everybody knows what he knows.

He’s amazing at getting athlete’s muscle memory, there’s no muscle loss, he gets them working right away. Last year he had 3 of my athletes, sprained ankles, back on the court within a week, no muscle loss, right back into it.

Nothing like what I’ve ever seen before. The guy’s a genius. You have to go see him.

- Steve Perkins, Girls Volleyball coach, International School Bangkok

95% of the time, you’re actually shooting yourself in the foot if you just rest and don’t pro-actively work on making your injury better.

But that’s exactly what most ‘normal’ doctors advice you to do…

Especially in a country like Thailand: Rest and ice…

They just don’t seem to understand your urge to go out there and be active!

In Fact, Resting Too Much and Icing An Injury Numbs Down All The Important Stabilising Muscles, And Shuts Down The Natural Healing Process

Even in Holland, where I studied physical therapy, and which has a very good reputation for it’s physical therapy programs, I felt like the methods were lacking.

They got the job done eventually, but in my opinion they just took too long.

So I went out and consulted with experts from around the world, spent hours reading books and manuals, watching dvd’s and browsing over internet forums to discover the best ways to fix injuries.

I learned not only from physical therapists, but also strength specialists, speed coaches and athletes from all kinds of sports, so I would discover different viewpoints of the rehabilitation process.

My obsession with sports performance helped me understand not only how to decrease pain, but also how to strengthen and optimise the body in a way that will prevent the injury from happening again.

After years of study and practical experimentation I came up with my

Proven, 4-Component Injury Fixing Formula That Almost Always Works:

  • It has nothing to do with ice

  • It has nothing to do with exercise machines

  • It has nothing to do with yoga

  • It has nothing to do with ultrasound

  • It has nothing to do with ‘waiting until the pain goes away’

  • It's not just lifting weights to get stronger

  • It's not just working the injured joint

  • It's not just massage

  • And it has absolutely nothing to do with pills, injections or potions

I kind of dinged up my shoulder during rugby and could barely raise my arm. Thomas worked on with with some bands, traction and trigger points, and I was able to play all games in my tournament, it was great!

- Kevin Lim, International School Bangkok (Rugby)

But

It’s literally the only way to completely fix your injury, and prevent it from coming back over and over again

In addition to that

It’s literally the only way to completely fix your injury, and prevent it from coming back over and over again

Now, you could go out and read EVERY book ever written on injury rehabilitation, spend HOURS watching presentations, reading manuals and trying to make sense of it all, and then go out and experiment to see what will work for you…

Or take me up on one of the following 2 offers:

Option 1: Get A FREE Copy Of The Ultimate Guide To Fixing Your Injury

I tore 2 ligaments in my ankle... The doctors put me in a cast, and said I'd be out for 6-8 weeks, with no sports... I went to go see Thomas, and he said he'd get me better in 3 weeks. But he worked his magic with the rubber bands and 2 weeks later I was running again, and a week after that I went to the IASAS track & field exchange, and I won 3 gold medals! Thanks Thomas, if it wasn't for you I'd still be in my cast and walking on crutches.

  • How to quickly and easily kick-start the healing process

  • Wether you should ice your injury or not (hint: it's not what you think)

  • The one thing almost every doctor neglects when looking at your injury, and how this causes your injury to come back over and over again

  • And the entire 4-step formula you need to get back to your sport or hobby ASAP

Option 2: Request a Consultation With Me, Where I’ll Check Out Your Injury Personally, And Tell You Exactly What You Need To Do To Fix It, Fast, And Keep It Fixed

No fluff and no B.S. Just the raw information you need about your injury and how to fix it.

Here’s just a little of what you’ll discover during our consultation:

  • Exactly what your actual injury is: muscle, bone, tendon or ligament

  • Wether you should rest, or move your injured joint as much as possible (do this wrong and you’ll pay the price either way)

  • If you have any specific weakness that caused your injury

  • If there is a specific tightness somewhere that caused your injury

  • If the joints above and below your injury are causing problems and prevent recovery from happening (you’d be surprised how often this is the case)

My knee was swollen, and painful, 2 weeks before this race I wanted to run! People at work recommended Thomas so I went to see him and said I still wanted to participate in this race, and he got me ready! He gave me exercises, let me use his band on my own, basically followed what he prescribed and I was able to run the race (half marathon) pain free! Thank you Thomas.

- Ryan Haynes

After that, I’ll tell you exactly

  • How to kick-start the healing process, today

  • How to kick-Which muscles you need to strengthen and how to do it (neglect this and you’ll be back at square one before you know it)start the healing process, today

  • Which muscles you need to loosen up (probably not the ones you think) and how to do it (definitely not just stretching)

  • How to create more space in your joints for optimal movement (some of this looks weird but I guarantee you it works)

Basically, you’ll know exactly what the problem is, and have a plan of action to follow in order to fix it (and keep it fixed).

During the past season of track and field we had many many injuries but Thomas fixed them all. In no time he was able to get all the athletes back to the normal practice again. I hope you don’t plan to get injured but if it happens, Thomas is the right address to go.

- Ugo Costeci, Track & Field coach, International School Bangkok

I fully endorse Thomas as a guy who's able to get injured athletes back on the field!

- Andy Vaughan, Athletics Director, International School Bangkok

At one game (during IASAS rugby tournament) someone landed on my knee. Fortunately Thomas was with us and he helped me out. If it wasn't for him I probably wouldn't have played during the rest of the tournament. Thomas is a great guy, if you're hurt, look him up and he'll help you out!

P.S. You could do nothing and just wait until your injury goes away. Or you could go to another doctor, physio or chiropractor and hope that they will use all 4 parts of the injury fixing formula (don’t bet the house on it though).

You deserve better and you know it. So don’t keep “thinking about it”, but take action today.

“Someday Island” is a crowded place, and you won’t be the first person to wait too long to take action with their injury.

It’s never completely too late, but the longer you wait, the longer it will take to get better,

So take action today, Click this link and leave your application now.

P.P.S. Remember this is the only way you are guaranteed to get a plan to fix your injury fast and for good. You know it works because you’ve seen the results of all the people just like you, right here on this page.

You know the price is fair and there is no risk (if you don’t like the consultation you get your money back). You also know I’m busy and you have to act now if you want to ‘get in’.

Your choice. This is your chance, I don’t care. But if in 3 or 6 months from now you’re still in pain and you still can’t do the things you love to do, don’t call me crying, I don’t want to hear about it.

I sprained my ankle badly and the doctor wanted to put me in a cast for a month... But I came to Thomas for physical therapy instead and I am good to go now, a week and a half later!” (Matt ended up winning a silver medal at his Track & Field event)

- Matt Poff, Track & Field, International School Bangkok

I dislocated my shoulder during a game, and the next morning when I woke up I could only lift it to 90 degrees... But Thomas worked on it, and now I have full mobility of my shoulder with no pain.

- Andy Real, Rugby, Soccer & Track & Field, International School Bangkok

I'm here on vacation in Bangkok and hurt my shoulder. I couldn't even dress myself because I couldn't lift my arm. My shoulder was sore, but Thomas worked it all out! It's been 3 days now, and I can move again, it all worked out good, he's excellent

A friend told me about Thomas and I met him at the gym. I decided to give him a call and get an appointment with him. He asked a lot of questions and gave me a great mobility evaluation to really see where I was at. We then went to the gym and he gave me some great band exercises which gave some spinal traction and loosened up my hip. So I really recommend that if you have any pain or tightness, go see Thomas, he's the man here in Phuket.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are your qualifications?

My 'official' qualification is that I studied physical therapy at Hanze University in Groningen, The Netherlands. However, most of the methods I currently use were not taught there (and probably still aren't, but I'm not sure). My real education comes from a combination of 2 things:

1) Studying cutting edge practitioners: doctors and physical therapists, but also strength coaches and athletic development experts.

2) Experimenting on myself and my clients. If I discover a new method or exercise, I try it myself first to see how it feels. If it feels good, I'll let some clients try it. If it works, I'll add it to my toolbox. If it doesn't, I discard it and forget about it.

Which method do you use for treatment?

I don't limit myself to one specific method or tool. Rather, I look at what the problem is, and come up with the best solution to fix that problem. Sometimes that may involve hands-on joint mobilisation, trigger point release, traction or stretching, and sometimes specific corrective exercises to bring up a weak muscle or improve mobility in the specific joint that needs it. Most often, it's a combination of many things, all depending on the injury.

Will you try to 'sell' me more treatment sessions?

During the consultation I'll tell you what your injury is, what's causing it and what you need to do to fix it. If you'd like to work together to fix it completely, we can talk about it. However, I promise I won't push you into something you don't want or need. My goal is not to make you come back week after week, but to fix your injury ASAP, and give you what you need to keep it fixed by yourself, and have your success video up here with all the other people that you've seen. Finally, I offer a money-back guarantee so there's no way you can lose.

My heel used to really hurt and I wasn’t able to play soccer for about one and a half weeks. And then I went to Thomas a day before I had a match in soccer and then the next day I was actually able to play unlike I expected.

- Helmer Rusten, International School Bangkok

I hurt my ankle 2 weeks ago, but thanks to Thomas I was playing again a week later. It was pretty bruised up and swollen but now it's all good, thanks!

- Joan Kamicamika, Volleyball, International School Bangkok

Thomas came with us to our IASAS tournament in Kuala Lumpur. We had a lot of injuries, some fairly serious, which Thomas was able to take care of and get the boys playing again, letting the coaches to their job. The best thing for me was knowing the boys were in good hands, so thanks Thomas.

- Chris Clover, Rugby Coach, International School Bangkok

Going into the final of IASAS soccer (girls) I had 3 girls who were very questionable whether they could play. But thanks to Thomas and him working his magic, all 3 of them completed the game and were very instrumental in us winning! The work he’s done with our girls throughout the season has just been tremendous as well, so I fully recommend Thomas.

- Kevin Davey, Girls soccer coach, International School Bangkok
