After recovering from COVID last year, I was left with food allergies that I never had before, so I tried a food diary and elimination for many months. I cut out dairy, all processed foods (not that I ate many) and ate mostly organic. It worked to a point, and I had been watching Susan’s weight loss and health journey with interest.
