Time Frame and Dates


1. Enrollment period

Enrollment period lasts 10 days. During this period you may enroll into the challenge by completing the entry form on the challenge page.

2. Start date

Challenge information. After enrollment you'll be prompted to join the Challenge Facebook group and will receive an email with all of the essential challenge info.

3. Challenge period

The challenge period lasts 11 days. During this period we'll provide you with the cheat sheet, daily Facebook lives and challenges showing you exactly how to build an indestructable physique. "AHA" moments guaranteed every day.

4. Grace period

After the challenge we'll leave the group open for 2-5 days so you can catch up on any live videos missed. We'll then invite active participants to join our free PrimalFIT community page for sustainable results.
