Once you have tried using the cards for yourself, you might be interested in introducing the cards and this novel perspective on well-being to someone else. Perhaps a family member or work colleague. Or if your work involves supporting and helping others, you will find the cards to be an invaluable tool when working with clients – either mentoring, coaching or therapy clients. If your work involves teaching of any sort, the cards can provide a really inclusive and engaging way to teach others how to really thrive.
Every single person has a chance to flourish and thrive when their needs are met in balance – achieving an optimum lifestyle, regardless of whatever challenges they are currently facing. We developed this tool primarily to help others, and we want to encourage you to start using them with the people that you know and meet.
In this video you will discover how to introduce the cards to other people and guide them through a simple “needs audit”. This fresh perspective will give them real insights into how they can take simple, practical steps to alleviate stress.
Using the cards with other people will build your confidence, enabling you to move on to consider running your own small groups to spread these powerful ideas about emotional health and well-being.

Completing the Wheel of Needs is a great way to track how well each of your innate needs is met (or not!) Give yourself a score from 0 to 10 for each of the innate needs (blue cards), place the score on the chart and join up the dots.
Not every need will score the same, but ideally the shape you want to see is a well-rounded circle which will "roll easily through life". Any flat spots on your wheel will represent needs that you should address.
Now that you know how to introduce the cards to others, try introducing them to a family member, friend or work colleague. Or if you work as a mentor, life coach or any kind of therapist, try showing the cards to your next client. Once you feel comfortable working in a one-to-one setting, you might consider running a small well-being group.
