In this first in-person experience of the SheRose journey, the participants meet for the first time to learn about each other's journeys. Being with others who "get it" provides an avenue to express your feelings, fears, and emotions in a safe and understanding environment.

Coming together is important to reducing the feeling of isolation.    Cancer can make you feel isolated or alone in your experience. Being part of a support group helps you realize that you're not alone; there are others facing similar challenges and triumphs.

Our small group journey with one another produces hope and encouragement: Seeing others who are further along in their journey or who have overcome similar obstacles can offer hope and encouragement. It reinforces the idea that there is life beyond cancer and that there is hope for recovery and a fulfilling life post-treatment.

In this part of the SheRose journey, the participants who bonded in the Candlepass and ScART experiences move on to small groups where they work through a series of exercises designed to help them release trauma or negative thought patterns.

Story Crafting is a seven-week on-line group experience that uses the power of the pen to craft a story that is far beyond the cancer journey.    Participants will discover the power they possess, as inspirational legacy stories emerge. This is an award-winning program with proven results.

Sharing your stories with others results in incredible growth and empowerment:  Sharing your story and hearing others' stories can be empowering. It allows you to take control of your narrative, finding strength in your experiences and inspiring others in the group.

Our team works with participants on professional makeovers, a photo shoot, and an empowering video interview.

Confidence and a sense of beauty is an inside job, but cancer can rob women of what makes a woman feel beautiful. Our photo and video shoot helps participants step outside of their comfort zones in order to emerge and grow.

In this part of the SheRose journey, our team of coaches help remind women of the beauty they possess. Women often forget how beautiful they are, but once they re-discover their beauty, this can positively impact their personal lives, social lives and professional lives.

The Video Interview helps women have confidence in front of the camera, and helps them articulate their powerful messages to inform and advocate.

Validation and Support: Sharing your triumph with loved ones validates your journey. It reaffirms that your efforts were noticed and appreciated by those who care about you, providing a sense of validation and support.

Emotional Closure: Particularly in the case of something as emotionally taxing as battling cancer, celebrating a triumph can offer a sense of closure. It marks the end of a challenging chapter and signals the beginning of a new, hopeful phase.

Creating Lasting Memories: The SheRose celebration creates lasting memories. These moments become touchstones that you and your loved ones can revisit during difficult times, serving as reminders of strength, resilience, and love.

Building bonds within your home and in the community: Sharing a triumph brings people together. It strengthens bonds and fosters a sense of unity and support among family and friends who have been part of your journey.
