Angélique runs the Creative Corner at Keys to Hope and Healing Grounds, providing a safe and affordable environment to create art, explore and so much more!
Angélique is infectious to be around, but in a good way! She approaches life with passion, authenticity, and so much excitement.
She is Medicine Hat's Giggle Guru, and she is our Creative Guru at Keys to Hope! She lights up every room she enters with her warmth and gratitude for life. Her laughter is seriously the best medicine of all.
This lady is the peanut butter to our jelly! And the yin to our yang! If you aren't careful, she will have you giggling with gratitude! We are so lucky to have her on our team!
Angélique has a Certificate in Laughter Yoga and facilitates Vision Boarding and Mindfulness Activities.

Private Yoga Classes
Angélique is a certified 200-hour yoga instructor and offers individual, couples, and small group yoga classes. Classes are open to any skill level! Offered inside or outside.
Session Rates
$25 + GST /hour per individual;
2 or more $15 + GST /hour each
Sound Baths
A time of relaxation and serenity.
A sound bath is a meditative experience during which a group of people lie down and listen to resonant sounds echoing throughout the room.

Reiki Support
Angélique is a Certified Reiki Level II practitioner. Reiki is a holistic modality that assists with emotional and physical healing. You may experience relaxation, decreased stress, and improved sleep patterns. Benefits are many and vary from individual to individual.

Queen Bee
Learn to love yourself!
A group designed for women to help increase self-esteem, self-image, and self-worth. Through the use of new weekly activities, Angelique takes you on a journey of self-love.

A time for adults to let their creativity out! We have the supplies, and some instructions if you need. Take this time to work on an existing project or start something new, its all up to you.

Come join Angelique for a night of chit-chat and get creative.
New monthly activity for yourself or with friends and family! The ideas are endless!

Whol-istic Hour
Whole-istic (Holistic) Hour involves looking at the health of the mind, body, and spirit as they are all interconnected. By looking at all aspects of one's life and implementing changes, Whole-istic Wellness promotes prevention, self-discovery, and healing of the whole self.

Themed Retreats
Interested in a wellness retreat, but can't miss an entire weekend? Well, then an afternoon retreat might be a great option. Take the time to work on yourself or just relieve some stress at a mini-retreat.
The theme changes monthly.
