Many who are getting a new marital home and those of you who are looking to upgrade not only have to consider whether the investment will be profit-making in the future, you also need to decide if this new home is going to be compatible with you - with all the favourable elements and directions.

If you are wondering how this home compatibility is going to affect you, it will take another whole article to delve into the how’s and why's. With this information, it is then a matter of ranking the stacks of units with the right directions and views.

If you are a person who thrives with the Water element, the reservoir view is ideal. But if you are one who needs more of the Wood element, a forest view would benefit you more.

Next, I would review the floor plans to determine if your beneficial sectors are in the usable space. Beneficial sectors need to be fully utilized, while non-beneficial sectors are best used for non-essential purposes.

The next step would be the choice of floor levels. That will be additional plus points for your overall luck.
