That’s right. Lexy has put together an energising and fun 28-day challenge that will get your blood pumping, your body moving, and your mind wandering… 
All in the comfort and privacy of your own home…. 
Using dance!

 

Lexy is a versatile dancer who trained at the Italia Conti Academy London and has traveled the world dancing and performing on cruise ships and in UK tours, TV and film. She has been performing and teaching dance since she was 16 and fitness has always been a huge part of her life. Now she’s created a 28-day challenge that focuses on YOU. 

 

Each day, you’ll receive a new session to get you going wherever you are. No equipment is necessary and you don’t need much space -- just enough to do a few steps to each side!

 

For 15 minutes a day, you’ll groove with a mix of dance styles - pop, 80's, hip hop, jive, salsa - plus stretching and flexibility training. 

 

And if the kids want to bop along next to you, they can. Lexy’s dance moves are easy to mimic and follow along with.  

 

You’ll be having so much fun, you won’t notice you’re working out. 

But you will notice your body slimming down.
