1. This Schedule comprises and incorporates the details of the Services to be provided under the Terms and Conditions.
2. In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions and the Schedule the latter shall take precedence.
3. In addition, in this Schedule:
   1. references to “clauses” are references to clauses of the Terms and Conditions;
   2. words importing the male, female or neuter genders shall include the other genders and words in the singular shall include the plural and vice versa; and
   3. a reference to a person is a reference to any natural person or limited liability company.

Appendix 1 - The Services

2. Mi365 Ltd shall provide the specific Services for the Inspirators online content to you in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and this Schedule.

3. Notwithstanding the Terms and Conditions, the delivery of these Services will be available online to you for the lifetime of the service.

   3. Cancellation of Inspirators membership

   3.3 You may terminate your membership at any time in writing.  You will be removed from the membership site upon receipt of your request.

   3.4 If you wish to cancel your membership, please notifiy us via https://www.inspirators.me/inspirators-help. No other form of notification will be deemed as a request for cancellation.

   Inappropriate Behaviour:

   If you demonstrate inappropriate, aggressive or unlawful behaviour, Mi365 Ltd may terminate your membership with immediate effect. In such an event, Mi365 Ltd may take further action, including legal action against you if Mi365 Ltd deems it appropriate to do so.

    

   4. Mi365 Elite Private Facebook Group

   4.1 You may not post 3rd party content links to other websites or videos (unless specifically asked to by an employee of Mi365 Ltd). Mi365 Ltd reserves the right to remove any posts or comments not deemed appropriate within in the Mi365 Elite Private Facebook Group.

   4.2 You are not permitted sell or otherwise use the Mi365 Elite Private Facebook Group to promote your business, personal campaigns or recruit to join other Facebook Groups.

   4.3 Please do not post, upload, submit or share any user communications you wish to be kept confidential or for which you expect compensation, acknowledgment or attribution.

   4.4 Mi365 reserves the right to remove any Facebook post from any Mi365 group or page which is deemed to be offensive, in breach of our Facebook group rules or these T&Cs or is otherwise inappropriate.
