During our 6 months together, you will discover the power of your brain as your biggest sex organ! You will learn the formula for how to reduce anxiety about stress, feel better about yourself, reconnect emotionally with your partner and stop worrying about the future of your relationship. 

We will also break down major sexual myths and false beliefs about sex that interfere with your ability to enjoy sex, and you will understand why what happens in between your ears (your head) is as important as what happens in between your legs.

In 6 months, you will develop a deeper awareness and understanding of what has been blocking your libido. You will learn how to manage your stress around sex, and you will find out how to foster sexual desire without changing anything about your partner! Last but not least, you will learn the tools that will allow you to create an emotional connection with your partner that does not depend on sex!

When there is a "WOMEN'S INTIMACY INITIATIVE" group going, we often have bonus Q&A sessions with special guest speakers that can answer your most burning questions about all things "female body" (e.g. gynecologist, pelvic floor PT, etc.). Your coach will let you know if there is a bonus session available for you to attend during the 6 months you will work together.
