I feel speechless. So much energy poured out of me this weekend. My biggest takeaways were the embodiment practices, all of them because I played it 100%. And I knew I wasn't going to be judged. But the way I was received was encouraged.
You've seen the real me that some of my friends have never even seen. It felt really good and liberating to be me, like silly, angry, laugh, and I just feel connected to my body, because I feel like a lot of the work that I've done is like talk, like talk therapy thing is words. But now it's like my body, like my body is going to speak and I loved it so much.
Thank you everyone for holding the space, like properly. I feel like that's a big block in my life, people not giving me that undivided attention. And I got it from all of you and my cup is so full and I love you guys so much.

I'm just gonna take a moment and say this is the scariest thing I have ever done. I have never recorded myself, but I'm willing to feel this fear for Amanda and Roberto. They have been giving me their all as teachers, but also as mentors, because they've been in the exact same spot I am right now.
And I know as uncomfortable as this feels, I know that the more I do it, the easier it'll become.
And I really want to share this message with as many people as I can. I started their Fire Starter program about four weeks ago and the power and the strength that you see in me right now facing my fear is exactly what they help you, guide you with. Reclaiming your power that society makes us feel like we have no right to, you know, focusing hard on how you want to live your life. Are you writing your own story or are you letting your past traumas write them for you?............

It just dawned on me that it's the end of this. And I don't know if I'm ready for that. I don't think you guys really know what you did for me or what I did for myself. I am so proud of myself that I did this. But I leaned in once in my life and took myself seriously and said, "Look everybody, I'm doing this". And I could have come up with so many excuses by 5 o'clock or 5:30 or this whole weekend during this entire program. And I did it and I came up and I showed up, I'm a mom, it's easy to just be like "I got dinner, I got karate".
Honestly, I don't even have the words to describe how I'm gonna miss every single one of you or how much I love you guys. And thank you for holding space and I've never felt so feminine this whole weekend. I'm crying because it's coming out and it's messy and I just don't know how to deal with all of it right now. So sorry but not sorry. And I love you all and thank you, thank you so much.
