Everything, including you and me, is made of energy. We all radiate and receive energy. Even though it’s not visible, this energy controls everything that happens in the universe. This is why it’s so important to understand its power and impact.
Chakras are the energy distribution points for our bodies. Each chakra is connected to specific nerve points in our bodies. The force of life flows through these chakras continuously. When this harmony is disrupted, you may experience physical or mental health problems. This was exactly the case with Christina.
Stress can cause your chakras to fall out of harmony and disrupt the seamless flow of energy in your body. Sometimes, your chakras may be out of equilibrium due to trauma or fear. This creates stuck energy that manifests itself in various physical and mental forms, such as anxiety.

Breathing mindfully can be incredibly relaxing and help you regain control over your energy flow. Spend 5-10 minutes every day breathing deeply. You can also try alternate nostril breathing. Block one nostril and take in deep breaths, then switch.
3. Gratitude
It’s the law of nature that what you give, you attract. Practicing gratitude means you’re sending out positive energy into the world. This, in turn, will bring happiness and light into your life.
Integrating these three practices into your daily life will help restore balance in your chakras. As you put these techniques to regular use, you may experience a sense of calm and feel connected to the universe. Positive results are a sign your energy is becoming balanced.
