Once a coaching program has been successfully ordered and paid for, no refunds are available. Sessions are conducted via Zoom and Google Meet.

Please note that while the Internet is generally reliable, interruptions may occur. If an Internet disruption affects your session, Yaroni Wilken will attempt to reconnect via WhatsApp or email. If the connection remains unstable, the session will be rescheduled. Sessions must be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, except in cases of emergency. Failure to show up for a session without prior notification will result in forfeiture of the session.

Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, and all sales are final. Please make an intentional purchase, as no refunds are available.

Upon purchase, you will receive a unique page link and password. This information is private and should not be shared. Sharing your password may result in loss of access to the course.

Programs offered are intended for independent self-study, available only in English, without subtitles or live sessions. Yaroni Wilken is unable to answer personal questions related to the online program.
