It absolutely is. The video modules are not that long and should not take up too much time for you to review and learn from. You take this course on your own time. But major stress and bad timing scheduling habits don’t form overnight, and one week should build on the next so as to not cause overwhelm. We are creating new habits and new ways of thinking and planning. Plus, you will have access to me and others in your community for support in the private Facebook group!
You should feel motivated and ready to make change within the first week! Module 1 is designed to set you up for success and guide you towards confidence and the ability to make changes. Everyone is different, but if you commit to the program week-to-week, you should feel significant changes soon. Plus, with the additional journal prompts and affirmation practices, you are being set up for change!
I know you have probably tried different calendars and tools and tried to manage your life on your own … but then, you may stop scheduling and life gets hectic again. But the truth is, taking control and managing your life takes more than a calendar. It takes awareness, confidence, skills, awareness, forward-thinking, being realistic and more. Balance in your life comes from being able to have balance in ALL areas. Unless the root cause of your not being able to maintain organization in your life is uncovered and removed, disorganization will continue. You need to gain an understanding of what is important to you and how you want to manage your life and all those that rely on you, too!
So, I have done the work for you. My system understands that there are specific ways of thinking and being that come from YOU – not anyone else. It is creating balance in several areas of your life, allowing you to feel better, look better, be better and do better! It is that simple.
But please note that this program will NOT work for you if you are not committed to making some lifestyle changes. But I’m so happy that I can guide you through simple steps and have created simple tools for you to use that will help teach you the skills and tactics you need to create a manageable, joyful life in less than 90 days! You have the rest of your life to hone and tweak – but in less than 90 days, you will have the tools that will last you a lifetime! You are SO worth this!

I get it. Especially if you have already tried tons of things and spent tons of money trying to get control of your life. I urge you to try my system. Commit to it.
