In this 12week immersive experience, you will be given the exact plan we have used with hundreds of others to help them achieve their goals. Professional support will be provide by our experienced health educators and coaches. Then there's the secret sauce... we have curated a community of like minded people to help motivate and support one another throughout the 12 week program and beyond.

Education

"I just don't know what to eat," is a common issue we see preventing people from achieving their goals. With so much conflicting info out there, we cut through this like a knife and provide the knowledge you need to make the right choices.

 

Clear and Simple

We share a well-defined list of foods to focus on during the program and beyond, and exactly how much of these foods to construct meals to optimize weight loss and overall health and wellness.

 

 

Knowledge, Not Products

Pills, shakes, and pre-packaged foods may be convenient, but they can be expensive and may not be available all the time. We provide the how and why of healthy eating so that members can make the right choices no matter where they find themselves at meal time.

Professional Guidance

Knowing what to eat and what habits to practice daily may be simple, but it's definitely not easy. Implementation strategies are key.  Often as a people make changes, questions and challenges come up. We are there to help you every step of the way, even if it just means reassurance that you are on the right track.

 

Community Support

Not everyone is fortunate enough to have a support network of friends and family around them. So, we have curated a group of people sharing in this journey. This has been a game changer and has amplified the results we were seeing in our one-on-one programs. There's nothing like having an entire team of people there to provide help, support, and accountability.

Live and "On-Demand" 

We use a variety of both live and pre-recorded meeting and content to help members learn according to what suits them best.  Live group video calls and FB Live Q&As weekly, content and videos in the portal, daily FB posts, etc. help us deliver the content and services at your convenience and from the comfort of your own home.  

This program incorporates everything from all of the other weight loss programs I've looked at combined. You're given the recipe book, the guidelines, the weekly zoom meetings,  the Facebook group for support, and then even the follow up the maintenance phase. Everything is there and it's not hard at all to follow.  There's just everything included in this program that the others are lacking.
