We denounce accountability for the content on third party websites which may link to or are linked from any of our websites. We have your permission to use photographs, video, audio or digital recordings, taken by us or our agents or employees, or shared by you to Born To Succeed LLC (hereinafter “Images”) in print, internet, film, television, and any other media, distributed or published in any way, for any purpose, which includes, but is not limited to, advertising, promotion, marketing and packaging of Born To Succeed LLC or any product or service sold and marketed by us.

You grant the authorization to use Images, which may be allocated by Born To Succeed LLC to any other parties. You accept the Images might be amalgamated with other Images, sounds, text and graphics, and the Images might be edited or modified at our sole discretion.

You agree not to charge royalties or fees, and not make other monetary assessments against Born To Succeed LLC for this release and assignment. You hereby release us from any and all liability.

You also discharge Born To Succeed LLC from any damages you may suffer as a result of the use of the Images. Finally, you further accept and agree that this release is binding upon your heirs and those you assign and that this release is irrevocable.

I understand that if I revoke my consent, you may be unable to provide contracted courses, products or services to me, and I can not hold you responsible for that.
