Join us for our joint sessions between the Trident Swim Foundation and One With the Ocean. You'll be mentoring the students from the Trident Swim Foundation as a one on one mentor to help them get comfortable in the waves and swim past the break. Meet weekly every Saturday for 4 weeks at 8:45am in Redondo Beach at the Avenue A lifeguard tower. A county lifeguard will be on duty as well as another with you in the water. One With the Ocean's founder and head coach, Brian Mineo, will be there to oversee the sessions. 

Mentor training required if you previously  haven't completed it.
