Join us for our joint sessions between the Trident Swim Foundation and One With the Ocean. You'll be joining the weekly open water swim group with a one on one mentor to help you get comfortable in the waves and swim past the break. Meet weekly every Saturday for 4 weeks at 8:45am in Redondo Beach at the Avenue A lifeguard tower. A county lifeguard will be on duty as well as another with you in the water. One With the Ocean's founder and head coach, Brian Mineo, will be there to give you tips and tricks for tackling any fears you might have. 

Upon registration you'll be emailed a confirmation with a parental consent form. Please print it, have your parents sign and bring it with you on the first day.
