If you have a technical issue with the portal...

  • TRY USING A DIFFERENT DEVICE...

    Sometimes devices, because of their age and how recently they have been updated, can make it tricky to log in. Try another device before using the next two options on the device that does not work... 

  • CLEAR YOUR COOKIES AND BROWSING DATA...

    Sometimes your web browser cache can create an issue for logging into the portal... Why? SECURITY... We take security very seriously and would hate for everyone's information to be hacked, to reset, or clear your browser history see below.

  • MAKE SURE YOUR DETAILS ARE CORRECT...

    Sometimes the details can be missed... Please make sure you're using the correct ones.

  • WHAT TO DO IF YOUR VIDEOS DO NOT PLAY IN THE PORTAL...

    If for some reason your videos do not play when in the member portal then please can we refer you to the first two points above. This may be causing an issue. There is however the option to copy the video link and watch it in YouTube.
