Welcome to my slow, but ever-growing resources page

I hope to contribute regularly to this conversation, with the aim of presenting and discussing topics related to the world view of Syntropic agroforestry and other land management practices.

As I understand, syntropic agroforestry is context specific and highly individual, and its manifestation is determined by how the human manager interacts with the landscape (mineral, plant, animal kingdoms). In a sense, it is a living extension of the human in charge, and the more that human is embedded into his/her environment, the more harmonious the process becomes.

The methods and practices behind holistic agroforestry are simply its vitrine. What lies behind, providing a resting place for these techniques, is what allows practitioners to go beyond mere repetition and recipe following. Through understanding the broader relationships between different life forms, anyone is able to make appropriate decisions as life grows and evolves in its myriad of unique ways...

The alternative, is to become dependent on recipes and opinions.
