I'm training to become a Coast Guard Helicopter Rescue Swimmer and this course was perfect. Though I'm an experienced swimmer, I'd be lying if I said the underwaters and the mixed workouts (Pool+PT) weren't a challenge. The weight training also resulted in great strength improvements over the weeks.

Thought this would be good prep for Marine Raiders school. I'm praying the underwater conditioning is easier than the Helicopter Rescue Swimmer's, cause DAMN THIS PROGRAM WAS A FIGHT!
