Pisces Season + Knowing When It’s Aligned To Press Paus‪e‬

What Human Design has taught me about listening to my true needs as a Mental Projector!

IT’S PISCES SEASON…. So step into my watery world, this is my sun sign, my season and its just over a week away from my solar return … so we’re diving (pun totally intended) into the energy of my water sign and talking about learning from and being Inspired by nature - the wisdom we can receive when we slow down and tune into our Human Design!

As a recovered-workaholic (thanks Undefined Root + Undefined Sacral!) I wanted to share a transparent, mermaidy voyage into the behind the scenes in my realm … and to openly talk about the reason why it has been aligned for me to take a pause in my social media, to step away from my social media platforms and to give myself the expansive space and permission to focus my energy on what is aligned in my soul-preneur journey right now.

I also get into talking about how I know (now, after many years on the burnout hamster wheel!) when it is aligned for me to take a social media break, by taking those little supportive steps to pre-empt or act preventatively to ensure my mental health is nourished and supported - which I believe is an extremely important conversation to have in the soul-preneur space! We want to co-create a world where we are PREVENTATIVE rather than reactionary in our management of mental health and wellbeing - which allows us to show up and share our gifts feeling empowered, rather than falling into the cycles of shame and comparison that come with showing up on social media because we think we *should* or from a place of fear.
