We do not issue refunds for digital products or memberships. You will have immediate access once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.

All sales are final. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products, or accessing premium membership within the Glow Get-Her School or She-EO GLOWUP Society app. We believe that refunds are an easy way out for people who aren't willing to put in the work. Because we believe in our students and want to see them succeed, the investment they make in themselves serves as a testament to their true commitment and we match that tenacity 100%. Plus, we have mouths to feed in exchange for the quality service & experience we provide our students with!
