80% 'on plan' is enough. In fact, falling 'off plan is helpful.

I eat healthily and take supplements already

Eating healthily is different from eating RIGHT for your LIFE STAGE. And whose definition of healthy eating have you been taught? If you've learnt it from a slimming club, you've learnt from someone with no nutritional training. If it's from 'official' government health messaging, they've been giving you the same message since the 1970s, it's all focused on calories/ weight loss (not health and hormone balance) and we only need to look around us to see it's not working. Sara has worked with women in peri-menopause since 2003 and run weight loss groups since 2017. She has a deep understanding of what's happening in this life stage and how to balance it.

I've got a lot of social things happening
There is never a perfect time to do anything. But you NEED this NOW, right? It's actually HELPFUL if (when!) you do go 'off plan' because you see clearly the difference between 'on plan' and 'off plan' - it's a highly valuable experience and helps you learn what works for you and what doesn't.This is not about perfection, this is about finding what works for you.

I can't be cooking separate meals
Successful nutrition plans are practical, flexible and work for everyone you eat with. Cooking separate meals is not sustainable - and this plan is. We'll have a special session on how to make this work for everyone you eat with (and improve their health by the back door!).

I don't have time to cook
All the recipes take 20-30 mins to prep and Sara will help make it do-able with her 'One Mess, Two Meals' principle. This programme is written BY a busy woman, FOR busy women.

An orgasm every day? I don't have time - or desire - for this
Do your best and don't beat yourself up. Orgasms are free and affect how you feel in mind AND body. Giving yourself time to enjoy your body and feel good about it is very much encouraged, there is no pressure - but this provides a safe space to talk about it.

Exercise daily? Really?
We all benefit from moving. If you're not exercising, you'll get started. If you are, we'll check you're doing the RIGHT type and amount of exercise for this life stage - some exercise can actually CONTRIBUTE to weight gain. It's important to exercise in a way that works FOR your body in this life stage.

I can't meditate

Most people think they're 'doing it wrong' because their mind is still busy when they meditate. So they give up. Sara will lead you through a series of simple breaths and techniques so you can find the one that works for you, and rest assured, even monks sometimes think about what's for lunch when they meditate.

I'm not in peri-menopause/ I'm not sure if I am
Every single woman will transition through menopause. Perimenopause is the time AROUND menopause. Symptoms can start from as young as 35, and last for some women until 65, or beyond. This programme is for you if you want to prepare for peri-menopause, if you're not sure you're in it (age is the best clue here - 40 and beyond - ish), if you know you're in perimenopause or if you're beyond menopause (that's 12 months without a period). It's all about giving you the food and lifestyle tools you need to get your body healthy, strong and symptom-free in this life stage, and naturally.

I'm on HRT
It may surprise you to learn that HRT does not solve everything. It's a narrow approach, focusing only on oestrogen and progesterone. Your body is WAY more complex than that. To function well, it needs nutrients, fibre, good fats, less stress hormones, enough sleep, liver support and a healthy microbiome.
