STRONG WOMAN WORKSHOPS
The workshops are dynamic-but-fun ‘energy shots’ delivered either in one 2 hour session or 4 x 30 minute sessions. Specifically developed to equip busy, professional women with simple, achievable, effective strategies for their health and fitness goals, inculcating life-long habits, breaking down personal barriers/limiting beliefs and building strength in body and mind
Participants will learn how to optimise energy and productivity, to work mindfully, and to find equilibrium in their professional and personal lives.
I have a particular field of interest in Menopause, and can tailor this course, if required, to address the various challenges professional women may face during this time.
Available either as one 2 hour session or 4 sessions of 30 minutes.
