I hear ya! Sometimes my schedule gets crazy, too, and I need to fit in my workouts at times that won't fit into a consistent time slot.

 

That's why this new offering has been created Live and also has some flexibility built-in. 

 

In this live class, I also wanted to deliver an experience that guides you on creatively combining training with two of the best pieces of functional training equipment around - the Bulgarian Bag and Kettlebell. 

 

PLUS, there are a series of elements that extend beyond just the Bulgarian Bag and Kettlebell - a proper warm-up, specific bodyweight exercises, and post-training ELDOA strengthening postures.

In these 60-minute weekly classes with Mike you'll: 

  • Learn how to properly warm-up anywhere, even in a small space like a bedroom!

  • Receive expert technique tips on the two of the most effective training tools every person working out at home needs to know
  • Choose between two distinct levels (beginners and intermediate), with tons of progressions and regressions so that you can select the level of difficulty perfect for you
  • Learn how to perform ELDOA strengthening exercises/postures correctly so you can create more space in your joints and experience the countless benefits that come with improved body awareness and posture
  • Get to train Live with people from all over the world
  • Watch the workout for 24 hours after our scheduled time slot
  • Get a weekly recommended trainings emailed to you so Bags and Bells  (ELITE OPTION)

I trashed my body for years trying to set records in competition (Powerlifting & Kettlebell Sport). And while I did reach high rankings, I wasn’t fully aware of the long term damage my training (and mindset around obtaining my goals at all costs) was causing until it was too late. I was forced to take multiple months off almost yearly to rest and heal from burn out, injuries, and plateaus. 

 

That was until I learned a better way of achieving and experiencing high performance results that also extend far beyond what takes place on the competition platform. 

 

Now, after over 20 years as a competitive athlete, 15+ years as strength coach and educator to thousands of people, I know exactly what the pursuit of fitness and high performance using traditional methods does to the body, and why a more integrative, balanced approach is so needed. While the road was painful at times, it taught me a lot that I'm grateful for and excited to share with you.
