Yesterday's webinar was outstanding. . .

I thought yesterday's webinar was outstanding.  Having Charlie go through his approach and thought process was very helpful.  It was useful to understand how he was looking for a 3 -1 or a 4 -2 after the PL Dot had lost its push.  I really am seeing things I hadn't seen before.

It's very motivating to hear Charlie . . .

Hope all is well with you.  I'm enjoying the seminar very much - it's very motivating to hear Charlie discuss the importance of the Areas and how they relate to different time frames. I'm learning a lot and feel this new knowledge will help my confidence in trading.

The session was tremendously useful . . .

I just wanted to take a moment and thank you and Charles for such a brilliant first seminar. I'm especially thankful that you touched on so many of my questions… The session was tremendously useful and lessons learned, which I intend to put into practice in the next month or so.

I am speechless. . . .

Also  if I am not mistaken,  the radar screen alert sounds like it will guide you if your wrong  and guide you if your right as it will make you avoid a mistake and help you thru the correct moves as well.

I don’t know where to start and what to say.  I am speechless.

The theory helped me tremendously.

My target was $200. I kept saying to myself  "two hundred dollars a day" - which is a very realistic goal.   I wanted to see if I could trade the intraday without getting confused or tired, which had been my experience in the past.  I found by using the theory helped me tremendously.  I wasn't looking at every move in the market and just focused on certain areas which kept me from over trading, but increased my confidence.

Your new daily forecast service is, in a word, Great!

Just got my first broadcast on the new daily service. In a word, GREAT. I listened to the weekly update today and loved it. Concise and to the point. I learned a lot from just that lesson.

I am re-enthused, thanks to you...

This is a very welcome addition to DG and you are doing a fantastic job of it.

I am re-enthused, thanks to you, and really want to get this DG into my head and start using it more on a full time basis as opposed to the other indicators that I am currently using. I have signed up for the 2 week trial, but I am definitely joining as a full-time member.

Thanks for adding the short introductory course to your lineup...

Hi Ted,

As I mentioned to you on the phone I have been interested in Drummond Geometry for some time but was uncertain about plunking down $4K for the full course without a better understanding of where it was going. Now that I have taken the short course I am much set at ease and would like to proceed with the more in-depth studies. Good job! Well presented and it seems to be a comprehensive overview. T I am looking forward to more! I have signed up for the full course and will get started as soon as you can get me the authorizations.

I am being blown away by what I am learning so far...

Hi Ted,

. . .By the way , I have to say I am being blown away by what I am learning so far. The way you guys look at markets is in line with the way I have been thinking and trading myself for the last three years (I have been in the equity market 23 years), but to see the same ideas from you guys, but backed up by 30 years of experience, thought and far more study was a fantastic experience. The refresh and exhaust is an idea that I had come to on my own using 10 and 20 day moving averages but the effect of using different time periods on the same instrument , especially the longer time periods has been truly revelatory , and I take my hat off to you guys. Who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks . Best Wishes,

Richard (California)

The best thing I ever did was to stop trading long enough to focus on absorbing the P&L theory.

I, too, have studied Elliott, Gann, Fibonacci, Delta, the rest of Wilder's work, Williams and a host of other stuff. P&L differs from all of them because it is much more of a leading method, as opposed to a lagging one. And it quickly enables one to switch from trend to congestion mode. ...P&L is the best for determining what is currently happening and therefore what is likely to happen.

The best thing I ever did was to stop trading long enough to focus on absorbing the P&L theory and then to objectively observe the market action in the context of P&L. Most trading methods are like driving a car while looking in the rear view mirror. Conversely, P&L is one that actually looks forward to the potential turns up ahead. Then it is simply a matter of seeing whether the car starts to turn.

I really appreciate all the time and thought that went into the lessons. I've seen some other courses that are a joke compared to what you have put together.

Charlie,

My name is [ deleted ] and I am a fairly new student of P&L. I'm currently on lesson 27 and I plan on reviewing the course at least one time before I start trading the concepts. I probably wouldn't have to, as I have a good grasp on the material, (which I think is outstanding) but I'm working on becoming more patient every day. I really appreciate all the time and thought that went into the lessons. I've seen some other courses that are a joke compared to what you have put together. The way I see it, you don't have to do this everyday and you're only doing it to help us trade better, so I will say thank you for all the time, effort and frustration you deal with putting these mogs together. For myself, I don't need lines...I can see them even though they aren't there...Isn't that the goal? And as far as the indicators go; I'm VERY interested in anything new your mind comes up with. I can't understand why people keep this information so closely. I don't see how someone like that could be a successful trader with that attitude. I also don't mind 30 minute mogs, as the more I can learn and digest the better. Again, thanks for everything you do for us. I can't believe how different a chart looks to me now, compared to a few short weeks ago. God has truly blessed you with keen insight! Best Regards,

J. (Florida)

I have found nothing in 20 years that compares to the Drummond Geometry lessons in terms of cost, effectiveness, content, and service.

Hi Ted... Let me take the time to thank you and your organization for your help in my trading. If you want to use this as an endorsement, feel free. And see my article in the March 2007 issue of Futures.

I cannot call myself a Drummond Geometry purist, but it has had the most comprehensive influence on my learning to trade the markets profitably of any step I've ever taken. The lessons are more than robust -- complete in every way. They are an invaluable part of my trading library, and I refer to them often still. As for your organization, it is first class. After all these years you are still as responsive to me as when I was just a prospect, and I appreciate that greatly. I have found nothing in 20 years that compares to the Drummond Geometry lessons in terms of cost, effectiveness, content, and service. If you're looking to learn this business, go here first. You'll save thousands.

Thank you again for offering what continues to be perhaps the most extraordinary odyssey of my life.

Dear Ted –

Regarding my planned ramp-up of DG-based trading next month. Recently I settled on a focus time period and I tested my approach on three securities over a 13-week period. The results have been both consistent and good, so I am looking to double-check my approach and conclusions. I reckon you’ll have heard it all before and might be able either to tell me to start my engine or else get back to the pits for further tuition! I have been establishing what FTP works best for my constitution and nature, and I wanted to discuss my conclusions in advance of committing to trading what I have studied for 15 months now . I have settled on the Weekly as my FTP. That said, I am focused on the Weekly in the context of Lesson 28 (seeking M nearby targets) rather than in the context of Short Term Trading as presented in Lesson 25. Specifically, I am tackling 13-week trading periods, trading off Daily closes but always with reference to the Weekly's Monthly nearby targets and not scoring my work until the full quarter has run. I have traded in US Treasury bond futures (USZ09) as well as in two currency pairs -- EURJPY and USDCAD. The results among the three have been surprisingly consistent and rewarding, which is bothering me at some level, especially since I have not booked any losses! So I wanted to share with you what I'd observed and to inquire if you see anything obviously wrong, or possibly just correctible, with my approach. I have executed between 7 and 11 trades per security over 13 weeks, of which about half the trades were reversals, and have averaged right around 20% return on the nominal underlying contract. Thus, for example, on $3,200 margin risked per USZ09 contract, having nominal value of $100,000, gains totaling 676 ticks have been posted = $21,200 profit. In USDCAD, slightly the least productive of the lot, the $1,000 margin risk to hold a $100,000 position returned a profit of $18,800 in 13 weeks. EURJPY was the best of the lot, winning EUR 22,350 on margin risk of EUR 1,000. While I have had intra-day runs against me, and less painful intra-week excursions, I have so far not made a single loss, because I am using flow to monitor risk and provide Lesson 27-calibre stop protection. I am conscious of not following your Lesson 28 "script" to the letter, because sometimes the market does not actually reach the Monthly nearby target. It is as if the Monthly nearby, when strong, can "project" its strength to ward off an incursion. In these circumstances, when the Weekly is closely approaching what I judge to be a strong Monthly nearby, I watch the Daily patterns with particular attention. When I sense the tide is turning, I move with the anticipated flow and don't hold out for HTP nearby incursion. In other words, I use some discretion in interpreting targets. I have been using reversals in congestion but standing aside for later re-entry when dealing with strong trend runs, and sometimes I just get out on Friday close if I think the market is pretty close to a turn. Should I be looking to revise / refine this "TGIF" approach? Thank you again for offering what continues to be perhaps the most extraordinary odyssey of my life. I shall remain in your debt and look forward to a day in the very near future when I can find a suitable way to “repay” you for having undertaken the Lessons in the first place as well as for your steadfast support. With kindest regards,

R.I. (South America)

I made $2592 and change today trading the ER2 thanks to yours and CD's work. What a wonderful gift you have both brought by sharing this priceless method.

Hi Ted,

Got everything today, thanks very much. I didn't know I was getting all of the old stuff too! How exciting. I'll enjoy reading through it all to brush up on things. I made $2592 and change today trading the ER2 thanks to yours and CD's work. What a wonderful gift you have both brought by sharing this priceless method. Hope you and CD have a wonderful Thanksgiving and we'll speak again soon.

Having great success with DG...

Hi Ted,

Having great success with DG as I need to make time to share them with you. The key was last year's seminar with Charlie talking about the loss of the PLDOT push in target. Also Ted, if you are ever downtown stop by and see me at the CBOT [your old stomping ground]. My setup is pretty cool. Plus it is a little surreal watching all of the locals trying to make 1-2 ticks scalping while I can anticipate and monitor the Dow & 30yr price direction with high probability. My personality dictates that I use the Daily as HTP, 60 as FTP and 10 as LTP. And even though my profitability has increased exponentially, I know where the real $$$ is - Trading the monthly setups. Its about being right AND sitting tight. [is that from Charlie's "How to" book?] It's the sitting tight part I need to work on. Let me know what you and Charlie are up to these days and if you do any personal consulting with your advanced students. All the best,

J. B.

I anticipated an excellent presentation of material and was completely satisfied with my experience

Hi Ted,

I thought that I'd let you know that I have completed all lessons. I believe that I have a good understanding and I am already several lessons into review as my goal is to have an excellent understanding. In the near future I will write a review of my thoughts about the lessons, but I think that you know my bias since I have already referred numerous others to the course, two of whom have purchased some or all of the lessons. I anticipated an excellent presentation of material and was completely satisfied with my experience. More to come later, but I thank you and Charlie very much. Sincerely,

M.S.

PS I found the philosophy and psychology sections were presented in a way that mirrored my thoughts in an almost identical manner on basically all topics, not simply trading. I have not encountered this before which was an interesting experience to me.

Am gaining so much insight and knowledge about the market dynamics...

How did I find out about Drummond Geometry trading? I came across mention of the point and line system in Mark Douglas' book, Trading in the Zone. It caught my attention and drew me to finding your website. I'm completely fascinated by this approach to trading for several reasons...

Thanks for the access codes Ted. I can't wait to finish these lessons through which I am gaining so much insight and knowledge about the market dynamics as well as personal ones. The ability to see market action in such an objective and complete way is very calming indeed. Thanks again. Best regards...

It is an incredible piece of work with amazing insights into the markets. I have learned an incredible amount and it has greatly improved my trading already.

Hi Ted,

You have really done a fantastic job with the Drummond Course! It is an incredible piece of work with amazing insights into the markets. I have learned an incredible amount and it has greatly improved my trading already. Over the last month, I increased my futures trading account by 80% implementing some of Drummond's techniques. So I decided to start trading two contracts. Thanks again for your help, and the excellent course! It has far exceeded my expectations. All the best,

R. J. (Tennessee)

...the lesson on flow. Wow! I'm glad you guys put that in the mix.

Hi Ted,

I'm going through (for the second time) the lesson on flow. Wow! I'm glad you guys put that in the mix. The more I review the flow lesson and see it on my live charts, the more confidence I have to enter a trade and stay with it. I'll keep you posted on my progress. I hope all is going as you anticipated in China, the market and your own personal 59s and flow. Kind regards to you and your family. Please pass the same to Mr. Drummond.

Thank you again for the incredible support...

Ted,

Thank you very much! My Lessons are up and running on my laptop now as well. And let me thank you again for the incredible support - it seems you're always around and provide always an answer ! Best regards,

It has proven to be very good in calming me down.

Hi Ted,

Your hypnosis CD is very good. I am having trouble with my trading this week (overtrading) but it has proven to be very good in calming me down. I am following the instructions of listening before each trading day. So many distractions during the actual sessions, but I am very calm and typically nail down my first daily target in the beginning.....things are going to get better, I just know it. Anyway, thanks for listening. I'm going to review the Lessons on managing emotions, etc. as well. Thanks again. Sincerely,

G.G.

Your course has changed lots of things in my life...

Dear Ted,

I don't know whether you have any students in Kuwait, but I assume you don't... I am used to be the only PL student wherever I live.. that's fine so... Your course has changed lots of things in my life... not much from a trading point but more from the psychological and philosophical angle. I guess I had always been more a person like Charlie since I loved the ideas he presented on Psycho Paper. The ideas presented reinforced my ideas and showed me that I am not alone in this world. By the way I am a born, non-observant Muslim, who went to an ..... Catholic School... I have always been very much into the "Ancient Wisdoms" and the philosophy behind monotheist religions, although I don't sympathize with any particular religion, the way they are being observed in today's world. The last thing I would like comment on is the lessons themselves... they are simply GREAT!!! Thank you so much for everything. Please remember that even if I am not a regular "pen pal", I always appreciate everything you have done for me. Warm regards to all of you.

T. U. (Turkey and Kuwait)

DG has been extremely accurate.

Ted:

Here in Bangkok I've been trading the foreign currencies, and have been having problems getting the time slots straighten out....also the quotes have not been reliable. Drummond Geometry is a close encounter method....at least for me....and it has been extremely accurate. It has nailed the Eur/USD to the wall. It signaled to where the Euro went into the congestion entrance....and is now in congestion action. Chiao,

T. J. (Thailand and U.K.)

I am convinced that you and Mr. Drummond are the real deal...

After all of our correspondence and all of my research into DG, I am convinced that you and Mr. Drummond are the real deal, and that DG may very well be what saves my career.

J.B. (Mississippi)

...Words cannot stress enough how thankful I am for the work you both have done.

Yours and Charlie's methodology has made me who I am today - a 22 year old rookie trader leading 2 advisory services for [deleted]. I am still nowhere near being complete as a P&L'er but words cannot stress enough how thankful I am for the work you both have done.

S.B. (Texas)

Wow, this is simply amazing. DG's ability on tick charts is practically unbeatable.

Wow, this is simply amazing. DG's ability on tick charts is practically unbeatable. Okay, well, what all can you tell me regarding automation . . . ?

What would be the perfect strategy is to combine this flow indicator on an infinite number of timeframes and have it look for HTP levels. When those levels are approached wait for the flow to turn opposite across multiple lower timeframes to reveal that the level is holding. I believe you have done something similar to this already as you had alluded to. So, let's have at it! :D

G.B. (Pennsylvania)

I so appreciate all the thought...

Ted & Charlie...

I so appreciate all the thought, work and consideration provided to the P&L students. All the best

D. G. (California)

But I still say this is undoubtedly the best trading methodology I have ever run across. There is nothing out there that even comes close.

(From a longer email...)

... And Yes, it is an accomplishment [to finish this course]. A person has to be dedicated to learn this methodology. That is why I personally feel it will never be used by the masses....there are too few traders out there willing to put in the time and effort it requires to learn it correctly. But I still say this is undoubtedly the best trading methodology I have ever run across. There is nothing out there that even comes close. Thanks!!!

The computer-based-training you have created is utterly amazing.

Ted, ni hau ma?

Just an update, I'm now in my first pass through Lesson 8. The computer-based-training you have created is utterly amazing. This certainly was an enormous amount of work for you. I'm learning so much and although I have a few questions I will reserve them for later. I sense my pace is slower than average but no worries, I have a lot of patience. I'm thoroughly enjoying the Philosophy and Psycho sections as well. I'll continue to "grind" through excited by each lesson. I hope China is proving to be an exciting adventure for you as promised.

R.B. (Maryland)

I'd like to have a Certificate of Completion, please. . . .I am deeply pleased with my accomplishment.

Hi Ted,

I completed the P&L Lessons some months ago, and continue to review and absorb material. I'd like to have a Certificate of Completion, please. While I realize that having a certificate doesn't change my ability as a trader, I am deeply pleased with my accomplishment. I am grateful to you and Charlie for the effort invested in creating the Lessons, and for the practical and generous attitude I see throughout the material. I find the movies at pldot.com very valuable, too. I currently use Neoticker EOD for charting, and have created P&L indicators for multiple timeframes. I look forward learning about the new TradeStation indicators, once they are released (mentioned in recent forum posts). Best regards,

P. H. (Australia)

I'm really impressed with how your lessons are designed.

Mr. Hearne:

I'm really impressed with how your lessons are designed and really enjoyed working through 1-5.... I really believe that you and Mr. Drummond are the real thing and I think your course is a great opportunity. I don't have any problem with the cost. . . .

...I have become consistently profitable for the first time in several years.

Hi Ted,

I greatly enjoyed the book "How to Make Money In the Futures Market...And Lots of It", as well as the articles on your website, and Lesson 1. The idea of energy flow closely matches my perceptions and experience, and it is very interesting how Drummond Geometry applies it in the markets. In fact, using some of the ideas in the book, as well as from "The Energy Paper", I have become consistently profitable for the first time in several years.

T.F. (Illinois)

The Deep Learning Hypnosis CD is excellent...

I wanted to let you know that The Deep Learning Hypnosis CD is excellent - very relaxing and helpful. It sounds like you have done quite a bit of research in the area of accelerated learning and binaural beats and I was wondering what CDs you would recommend for most effectively inducing the different brainwave frequencies. I tried [ deleted] a number of years ago, but find your CD to be much more effective.

S. S. (New Mexico)

I also now more fully appreciate the work you have put into these lessons. Everything else out there is a rip-off comparatively.

Hi Ted,

By the way, getting back to DG is refreshing. I've been around the horn since I started, and I now see the principles with more clarity. One thing I have learned, though, is that there are many ways to be successful. I've developed some systems that have impressive returns, but they are boring. I have gravitated back to a need for discretionary trading because it is more interesting. The daily analytical part of it keeps me going. I'm less than a decade away from retirement, so I want a trading method that will keep me interested as well as profitable. I also now more fully appreciate the work you have put into these lessons. Everything else out there is a rip-off comparatively. I especially am in awe of your apparent ability to work with Charlie and his convoluted presentation of these principles. You have done a wonderful job of translating. You are to be congratulated, my friend.

R L. (Arizona)

This methodology is quite exciting! Please accept my appreciation...

Hi Ted,

I hope all is going well for you in China. I think of you there and remember my expatriate days in Jakarta, Indonesia. Living and working in a developing country tested my emotional resolve and brought many things to the surface. Now for the reason I'm writing.... I just finished Lesson 6 – this methodology is quite exciting! I'm doing my research and enjoying it. You and Mr. Drummond have done a good work with this, please accept my appreciation and pass the same onto your colleagues. Kind regards.....

P. S. (Washington)

Very impressive so far.

Hello Ted,

I am enjoying the lessons very much. Only gotten through lesson number 3 at this time. There is a lot of information to digest! Very impressive so far. I'm not ready for more lessons yet, but I am excited and anxious to begin using your audio tapes. I am also looking forward to reading Mr. Drummonds' original book. I am quite excited by the possibilities this method is offering. I do not want to rush through the experience though. I am aware that this material must be digested and made my own before I can use it well. Thank you,

C. H.

Is there something I can do to help you and Charlie. Think of it as goodwill energy from a motivated student...

Hi Ted,

...The material is excellent, and I'm getting a lot from these MOGS. It feels like the concepts are gradually getting "simpler" in the way I conceptualize. Please convey my gratitude to Charlie. I'm moved to offer my assistance, in case there is something I can do to help you and Charlie. Any significant tasks would be done on weekends. In making the offer, I don't have anything specific in mind, except that it contribute value in some way. Think of it as goodwill energy from a motivated student. Best wishes,

P. T. (Germany)

Please excuse me for not keeping current you. I thought I might bore you with my success.

My name is P......O ....and I purchased the lessons and indicators from you probably five years ago. Please excuse me for not keeping current you. I thought I might bore you with my success! (I stay away from forums chat rooms etc. and a low profile is what I like best.) I have traded very well with the DG methods on the E-mini S&P . . . .

P.O. ( New York)

The presentation of the course is great...

Hello Ted

...On another topic, I am in the middle of Lesson 2. The presentation of the course is great; whoever is speaking (yourself or Charlie) has a great voice and is very clear. While I know very little so far, I can sense that the content is going to be rich.

D. J. (San Francisco)

[DG] is amazingly accurate and from a methodology perspective it is extremely rich, elegant and complete with respect to its concepts, tools...

Greetings Ted

Happy New Years. Hope all's well with you. I finished 1-30 a while ago and am in the latter stages of 2nd pass at it... Please send pldot.com password at your convenience... I am very glad that I made the decision to go ahead with P&L geometry... It is amazingly accurate and from a methodology perspective it is extremely rich, elegant and complete with respect to its concepts, tools... And you and Charlie have done a great job in developing the material bottom up... The knowledge nuggets and concepts started connecting once I reviewed the Flow lesson and watching movies you/Charlie had posted on the site as well as the daily mogs....I have successfully traded the Sep/Oct 06 exhaust in Gold Stocks Index...In a couple of cases I made some mistakes in monitoring the LTP and exited early, etc...Long way to go still with consuming and operationalizing P&L, but I am thoroughly enjoying it... Thanks much,

P. G. (India)

[The Lessons] are an excellent piece of work.

I recently reviewed the lessons yet again it must be well over a dozen times - I wonder is there a prize for most longstanding P&Ler. Anyway I'd like to congratulate you and Charlie (yet again) they are an excellent piece of work.

Cheers,

N. A. (U.K.)

Forever thankful for the P&L Lessons you put together with Charles.

Forever thankful for the P&L Lessons you put together with Charles. P&L is totally everything to trade with, nothing is missing!

I have had incredible results with P&L trading.

.... Wanted to give thanks again to you & Charlie for all your help with my trading. I have had incredible results with P&L trading.

The P&L Institute online and electronic lessons have been an incredible part of helping me see the P&L light. My hope is to meet you both one day and shake your hands. The very best to you both!

The Mogs are excellent - well worth while, ...

Hi Ted,

Delighted I renewed my subscription to the institute. The Mogs are excellent - well worth while, mind you it helps having some clarity to start with :-) (which I think I do now). Actually the talking to self series were valuable - The early ones nudged me in the right direction with my trading plan (actually those could have been called less is more).

T.H. (Atlanta)

Without the DG tools I would have surely exited the market for a big loss.

(From a Singapore Trader...)

I have received your dispatch containing the DG indicators and the descriptive booklet. Thanks. "About the indicators, I have added the envelopes to my own trading. The envelopes are very helpful, good fun, and I use them to great advantage. They have helped me tremendously in my trading. I avoided at least one disaster in the S&P.... Through my other methodology I sold the index at 1245, then went to sleep. I awoke with a rude shock to find that I was in deep draw-down. Normal market wisdom dictates that I should take the loss and exit at once, even in the Globex session. Not this time. I decided to take a peek at the DG indicators and found a couple of strong resistance points that might stop the upswing in its track, in the extreme, the weekly ET. I stood my ground confidently. Whatever my level of Drummondacy I seemed to call it correctly and as I have said, the market made a full-scale retreat. Without the DG tools I would have surely exited the market for a big loss.

-- W.C. C. (Singapore)

I find something useful in the Lessons every day...

"Thanks for staying on top of things. I am day-trading bonds and doing quite well, thank you. I find something useful in the Lessons every day.... Good job formatting the "questions to ask" in congestion type trading. Everyone wants a "set of rules" but I would much rather have a set of questions to ask under certain circumstances and have the answers lead the way."

C.B. (California)

Thanks for an amazing body of work.

Ted,

My review of the lessons is paying off, as is Charlie's advice about tickitis. Thanks for an amazing body of work.

John G. (South Carolina)

The [Lessons] are interesting to say the least. My perspective has already changed...

Good morning Ted,

I noticed that you're having one of those brisk fall days up there. Well, so far so good. I've been going through the early lessons. They are interesting to say the least. My perspective has already changed to some extent from what I had learned before. I have also been getting familiar with the indicators for TradeStation that you sent me. As I mentioned, I use P&L for equities analysis and take a longer term view. I noticed that there are some supplemental indicators that are useful for charting quarterly, yearly, five year, etc. time frames. Would it be possible for me to get those additional indicators? I would really appreciate it. Up until now, I've been using excel spreadsheets to chart these periods and as you can guess it takes a long time just to update one chart. Thanks in advance.

J. M. (Virginia)

I have enjoyed much success and reward from DG and your seminar a few years back.

Hi Ted,

I hope all is well with you. Just wanted to drop you a line to see if you are still on sabbatical and if so, where? Also, want to ask you about your efforts to incorporate DG indicators into Radar Screen? I have enjoyed much success and reward from DG and your seminar a few years back. I have been doing manual back-testing studies now, incorporating some of DG indictors, and it reminds me of the old days, only doing things by hand. I am trying to really quantify how well specific patters either hold or break.... Sincerely,

J. B. (Chicago)

I figured if Mark mentions only this one system, it must be good...

Hi Ted,

I just faxed off the non-disclosure statement. I can assure your information is safe with me; I never discuss what I'm doing with anyone. . . . . I traded commodities back in the 80s for a while and pretty much broke even after copper went limit down one night against my position. This method sounds just like what I need. I've read and re-read both of Mark Douglas' books, which is where I found out about P&L. I figured if Mark mentions only this one system, it must be good; even though he used it in the context of the analyst being wrong in his 'absolute' assumption of the bottom of the day. Look forward to learning how to use P&L. Thanks Ted.

James

Needless to say, compared to other courses and books out there, this blows them away. Thanks!

Ted,

Just a quick note to let you know how much I am enjoying the course. I own a cabinet shop, which only requires about 1-2 hours a day of my attention, so I am able to spend a lot of time on the lessons. I am in lesson 8, and have done many of the lessons twice, and I feel I have a good grasp on the material to this point. I am thankful to Mark Douglas for mentioning P&L in his book. You are both on the same page, as I'm sure you know. His books and this course fit very well together. Needless to say, compared to other courses and books out there, this blows them away. Thanks!

Absolutely amazing !!

Ted,

I have been drawing the dots and lines on the Wheat market for the past 2 weeks, and it is absolutely amazing how the market will touch, or just break one of the lines and then turn around for a few days, moving to another one of the lines then stopping, and so on... Right now, Wheat has run into a Monthly resistance line (5/3 I think), and it has turned around and moved down. This resistance was not found on the Weekly chart though. It was found on the daily chart. Right now, I am beginning to wonder how all the different time frames interact, because the lines must be valid in all time frames they appear in. But Yearly, Quarterly, and even Monthly move so slowly that the daily and weekly can go up and down several times it seems before the Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly are finished playing out. It is a little confusing at this point, but really very interesting. I am both hopeful and optimistic that I will be able to make some money with this method. my best regards,

C. H. (Ohio)

I am both humbled and amazed at what you have taught me....

Dear Ted,

I have just finished all of lessons 1 through 5. I am both humbled and amazed at what you have taught me. I am so thankful to you for this information. I will try and not become too mushy and emotional here, but words can not express my utter excitement about the Drummond method, and my gratitude to you for giving me access to this information! If lessons 6 through 30 are as good as 1 through 5, then surly I have been given the Holy Grail to life. As I originally wrote to you, I have spent soo much money on soo much worthless information, that I can hardly believe that I ever found information this priceless available to me. It is a miracle! I am blessed beyond my understanding. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you Ted, and thank you Charles Drummond where ever you are. my very best to you both,

K.F. (New Jersey)

... - the depth and detail is beyond anything else I've experienced in the world of trading.

Ted:

Many thanks for the code. Should I install the other lessons yet or just wait until I get there. Will I need a new code when I install them? My initial reaction to the early books and lessons is very pleasing - the depth and detail is beyond anything else I've experienced in the world of trading. Now I'm really keen to continue and go the distance. Clearly not a short course, but definitely something valuable to work through. Kind regards,

This is what I call a WOW course...

Hi Ted,

The Hypnosis CD of yours was so good it put me to sleep...your voice is quite relaxing....I use the CD to get into the zone...although I do already use mediation and Buddhism. Received a request for my opinion on your course...from [W. K. C. ]. Of course he will buy...I am a DG believer!!!! Open to doing a referral as long as I can get the market to leave its wallet open for me. Thanks to the added help of P&L I am going to be here for a while. Really love the 6/5's, 5/2's and multiple time frame exhausts. It is ASTOUNDING!!!! This is what I call a WOW course. I made a mistake today...forgot my stops while bond trading an 8:30 number...it should help me remember from now on. Was down more than $1000 per contract and finished the day up $1400 per contract. Was able to stay with my trade today because I had confidence in the weekly 5/9 & 6/1 stopping the rise in price!!! Thinking this MUST be the TOP the daily & Weekly in Far R while the monthly was at the PLdot close to Near R. (6/5 ALSO!!) It gave me confidence to sell 'em again.......what a ride DOWN for the weekly dot refresh! Then the 4095 tick went into Far S while Daily in Near S....bought 'em!!!!! Out at the Daily PLdot refresh!!!! Weekend time for me! Have a great weekend Ted!

Once again, if you have anyone expressing doubts about the program or wanting to talk to a real body, have them email or call me.

Many thanks Ted. I'll use the same security code on the Flow indicator.

What I really like about TradeStation is it allows me one connection which I may use at home or the office. Thanks again for allowing me this privilege with your Flow indicator. I'm excited about the new "walk through" feature on TradeStation. If you plan to allow "walk through" with any indicator on the screens including those not Drummond related, I think you could have a real general purpose TradeStation program add-on on your hands. We all need this. Once again, if you have anyone expressing doubts about the program or wanting to talk to a real body, have them email or call me. I will be happy to speak with them. Talk to you before you leave,

THANKS, THANKS, THANKS! .... What meat in that lesson!

Hi Ted,

Tell Charlie THANKS, THANKS, THANKS! For getting the movie up today. I totally applaud Charlie's idea of movies, a blog with feedback, and hopefully a chat room for live feedback with Charlie. As a total aside, I was going back over Lesson 20 today. What meat in that lesson! Now after I am feebly proficient with Drummond Geometry, the lesson review really helps. I can only imagine how great this could all be with current, real time input from Charlie. Please tell him how eager I am for his ongoing notes and information. I check the website each day waiting. With this type of education information and feedback you and Charlie might need to reassess the price of your program. Have you seen the prices charges by Investools (investools.com) ? Thanks again Ted. Waiting patiently, well somewhat patiently, for the new software.

Thanks for your consultation in Chicago. ..., I had the most success that I have ever experienced over the next weeks and month.

Hello Ted,

I hope all is well with you. I guess that you are somewhere in Asia and just beginning to get settled in by now. I just wanted to touch base back with you and say thanks for your consultation in Chicago. I truly enjoyed the day and wish I had more time to discuss the DG with you. Anyway, after I got back to work I had several busy weeks with the regulators and then went to Canada for a vacation. When I got back to trading, I had the most success that I have ever experienced over the next weeks and month. So the consultation more than paid off. In particular, one of the immediate items that I think helped me was when you mentioned the idea of the charts pulling us into the monitor or somehow causing a type passive hypnotic state, ..that the markets should work for me, and not me for the markets... Or something to that effect. That seemed to hit me hard, and I do believe that it made a difference. I am very busy at work - But I intend to spend more time with the course l and continue to gain experience. Please express my gratitude to Charlie as well. Thank you

It forces me to think.... you don't provide instant gratification ....

Hi Ted,

I'm enjoying the way your material is presented. for one thing, it forces me to think about how to apply trading tactics instead of passively being told what to do. your examples are also good because you don't cherry pick the really great (in hindsight) setups. which makes me wonder if this isn't a random game after all. and increases my determination to computer-test all strategies before actual use. however I'd guess that you get some people that buy the course but never finish studying it in detail, because you don't provide instant gratification. Thank you Ted. The new movies from Charlie are extremely helpful - with applying the material and also helping the trading methods to sink in. The market activity is so current, and actually monitoring the same data, I find this very valuable, practical and enjoyable. This is a great opportunity for me. Thank you.

Absolutely brilliant!

Hi Ted,

I just thought I would let you know that the part of the course I am enjoying the most, by far, is the Psychology sections. Absolutely brilliant! It puts into words a lot of the work I have been doing over the last 10+ years without being too esoteric. It's not that I am not enjoying the rest but it is new so I am working at it, but the psychology stuff is more of a passion than the trading so it comes easier. Cheers,

J. A. (Colorado)

Congratulations on doing a great job on the course!

Congratulations on doing a great job on the course! Good organization, short and to the point, well illustrated, and excellent exercises. I especially like the way you incorporated flow from the very beginning.

Words of advice to a trader considering taking the course...

"One other thing, and maybe the most important...I'm convinced Charlie is "the real thing," meaning that rare individual who is a very successful trader and also likes to teach others...and that Ted has worked very hard for two years to put this package together. I think it's excellent."

C.B. (Texas)

A very organized, concise, approach to trading...

I thought your statement on the web was very good in that it gave a very organized, concise, approach to trading...and it reflected very closely how I am approaching trading at the current time.

You have accomplished a great deal. This is fine work.

I appreciate the time you spent with me last week overviewing the efforts you have put forth developing the P&L School. You have accomplished a great deal. This is fine work. Congratulations!

Thank you for the wonderful time we spent the other evening. It was very interesting and I am ready to resume my journey to a better understanding of the P&L methodology. You were very precise in explaining your efforts and intentions.

I have a deep sense of gratitude for Ted and Charlie and wish everyone continued success with DG

Hi Ted,

I thought I would take this opportunity to share a little bit of what I have been doing with DG lately. First a little background. I have been through the 30 lessons 3 times now. However, I seemed to really struggle with my consistency. There would be times in which I could see and interpret what the market was doing, but other times I seemed to be completely out of touch. I am now starting to have consistency in my trading and I attribute this to two main points of focus. First, I have substantially changed my focus with DG to that of the "Loss of the PLDot Push". This concept did not hit me until the May seminar and even then it didn't sink in immediately. But the more I focused on this aspect of DG, the more often I felt in tune with the market. By the way, the movies in the institute really help here. The second component was dealing with my personal psychology. To that point, I started receiving information from Dr. Van Tharp. Dr. Tharp's business is to help traders perform at top levels by getting them to focus on belief systems of top traders. Specifically, he introduced the concept of a low-risk trade idea. This was a major turning point for me. When I combined the theory of a low-risk trade with the loss of a PL Dot push, my trading almost instantly became more consistent. I now no longer have the runaways, freezes, panics or any of the other "growing pains" that I've once experienced. Anyway, my hope is that this post will serve as some encouragement for anyone who may still be wrestling with consistency in their trading. I have a deep sense of gratitude for Ted and Charlie and wish everyone continued success with DG. To your success,

M.H. (Minnesota)

Being a trader and learning P&L has changed my life

Being a trader and learning P&L has changed my life. Learning more through reviewing the lessons for me is on-going, like changing the oil in the car, but also having something fresh from time to time as you see fit would also be a nice PLdot re-fresh, from the father of P&L.

YDG is even more brilliant than I had imagined and that I'm just blown away by the time and the effort that had to have gone into this to bring it to the point where it is now

Hi Ted,

This is [E. B. ] writing. I believe I've come to a important realization regarding the fundamental basis for Drummond Geometry (DG). Before I purchased the course, we of course corresponded as I had lots of questions about the material. One of the questions I wanted to ask but never did was along these lines: How does DG deal with news events that move markets? I didn't ask because I never found a way to word it in such a way you would know what I meant. Maybe that was because I really didn't know, but, in any event, I think I've answered this on my own and I'd like to know what you think. First, though, some background... [Large section omitted, describing a stock trade where DG analysis predicted a major up-move before the news was public... ] So, as these thoughts are coming to me last week, I literally can't get out of my chair. Besides thinking "where were you when I had a small fortune in my hands," I thought that, if I'm right about this, then DG is even more brilliant than I had imagined and that I'm just blown away by the time and the effort that had to have gone into this to bring it to the point where it is now. Again, I'd like you're thoughts on all of this, and I look forward to your reply. Have a good day,

E.B. ( Illinois )

I have been quite amazed by how well the Drummond levels work with the Euro...

Hi Ted,

Thanks for all of the information below - I will look very closely at all of the Mogs that you mentioned. At this point, I am feeling that I have a pretty solid understanding of basic P&L, but would like to have a better understanding of the direction that Charlie Drummond is pursuing with these new indicators. With the Mogs done on a daily basis, it seems like the best way to more fully understand his thought processes and to get better insight into how to trade successfully. I'm happy to hear that bond trading is going well - I stick mainly with the Euro at this point, as it seems to be the market that I am most in sync with. I have been quite amazed by how well the Drummond levels work with the Euro. The other day, for example, price went within one tick of nearby resistance and then bounced off. I am sure that you are used to that kind of precision by now, but it is quite incredible to see that as a new P&Ler. Thanks again for your help - I greatly appreciate it! Best regards,

R.J. (Switzerland)

Excellent....

Ted, your instruction video is excellent, I look forward to working with and learning how to use the new indicators.

Thank you

I am glad that you are really earnest in assisting your prospective clients

Hi, Ted,

Thanks Ted for introducing me to the 3 established traders; they have shared with me their confidence in using the DG software. I appreciate that very much. I am glad that you are really earnest in assisting your prospective clients.

"If you're willing to make the commitment in time and energy, the Drummond method is definitely worth it" – Mark Douglas

From an internet posting...

I was reading the Drummond Geometry website and there was an endorsement by none other than Mark Douglas. I sent an email to Mr. Douglas asking him about it and here is his reply: "If you're willing to make the commitment in time and energy, the Drummond method is definitely worth it."
